I brought my infant in at 2 PM with a confirmed case of RSV, urgently needing medical attention. The clinic closes at 4 PM, and even though the waiting room had very few people, the front desk lady called me over and told me there was a 5-hour wait. That makes no sense for a place that closes in 2 hours. There was no triage, no concern, and no attempt to assess how sick my baby was. He was visibly unwell and struggling to breathe, and they still turned us away. This is completely unacceptable. When a sick infant with a confirmed respiratory illness comes in, the staff should take it seriously. We were failed when we needed help the most.
