Customer service is terrible. I received a referral from my medical insurance company to schedule an MRI. I called to schedule and the receptionist told me that they only did walk in appointments. She then told me to come in the next day between 8am-4pm and to bring my insurance card, referral paperwork and identification. I arrived at 10am the following day and the receptionist told me that they don't have any availability until next month and I needed to make an appointment. I said that's what I called you to do yesterday and you said to come into the office for a walk in. I live 30 minutes and it was a complete waste of time and gas. She proceeded to schedule me for an appointment next month and then said she didn't need my referral paperwork because it would be faxed by the insurance and didn't even check my identification. Not professional at all.
