The worst customer service, as a matter of fact, zero customer service. I reached out to them in regards to some medical equipment for my patient on May 22. That’s the last time I ever spoke to a physical, living being or received any email correspondence. Stay away from this place and seek help from a business that has competent professionals who aren’t lazy. I am a licensed medical doctor and will make sure our facilities and partners remove this business from any referral list.

Do the math, 23 reviews, only 5@(5⭐️) that’s a 78% 3⭐️ less, bad service review rate, avoid this place!

I just saw this place as I was driving by. I thought about my Mother and how she just arrived home from her latest surgery. I thought about how I wanted to get her something (in which medical supplies carry) that will help make things easier for my Mom. As I drove by, I also noticed it was pretty empty inside and they did not seem busy. I called them, and the person who answered, had a flat non caring tone to her voice as she put me straight on hold with no explanations. I remained on hold for quite sometime, for so long actually, that I forgot that I was actually on hold. I had the person on speaker phone. Awhile later (after she was done with being soooooo busy and soooooo caring about this field of profession) she asked, "how can I help you?" She didn't have the common courtesy To say that she was sorry for leaving me on hold for so long, she didn't give any explanation, or no comfort. Dry and cold is my experience with this employee who works for this medical supply.

Called Confidence First Medical Supply In Inglewood, Ca on Friday 7/24/2020 spoke to lady regarding a Cast/Bandage Protector. She stated she’s never heard of that and use any kind of plastic bag. I hung up and called Orchid Mobile Medical Supplies & Equip the lady was so pleasant stated it is called a shower protector and she had one and delivered it right away. My supply prescription was sent to them over a month ago, after two weeks I called and they said they didn't have it. Doctor sent it in again. I called the following week and they said they were waiting on my Insurance and would call them the next working day, and call me to notify me- of course they never called me, and it's been a week and a half. Tried calling them today and got no answer.
