I went in for my sons 2 month wellness check. The intake nurse seemed rushed and uncaring while taking our info. The doctor was 20 minutes late to the appointment. She was kind enough and answered my question but also seemed like she was in a hurry to get through our appointment so I might have had more questions had I felt like she had the time. The exam seemed a little unnecessarily rough, physically, for a two month old.

When it was time for his shots two nurses came in with some of the worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. It was quick, I’ll give them that, but there was no care or tenderness towards my baby or me. They held his legs down on the table and asked me to hold his hands above his head. It was horrible. I’ve never heard of an infant getting shots while being held down. It felt so wrong. No mom wants to watch their baby get poked with needles and it doesn’t help when the nurses doing it come off as cold and don’t even let you hold him or give him comfort while it’s happening.

There was no printed after visit summary or information given in regards to his growth or the vaccines he got. I’ve never been to a doctors office that doesn’t give you an after visit summary before. It’s extra annoying considering he doesn’t have a MyChart set up yet for me to go reference in case I forget anything that they said in the appointment.

Overall, I’m really disappointed and upset about how the appointment went. It’s his first pediatrician appointment and first time getting shots since he was born. I was excited and optimistic going into it and now just regret choosing this clinic. Having a pediatricians office that you feel like cares for your child, listens, and asks questions is important for all first time moms. I will be making his next appointment somewhere else and certainly won’t be recommending this practice to anyone who asks.

All 4 of my children have went to this doctor's office and have seen Dr. Eisert he is great since the day they were born. My oldest is now 24 and i have 4 kids .I love this clinic. They're great with kids. I would not take my children to any other clinic they r the best. And the walk in clinic is great too I like that it's by appointment so you don't have to wait hours after hours to get in....

Went in for an issue I had on my leg. The male nurse tells me to take some aspirin and not worry about it. Told me before he left the room that they (confluence health) doesn't really care and that they're just going to charge me and send me on my way. $250 for some jackass to tell me to take some aspirin and get out. Went there today to pay under threat of arrest, and the receptionist wouldn't take me off of your patient list because I no longer want to be associated with you all. 0 stars. Worthless.

My daughter and I took her 2 yr old in to Wenatchee because she thought he had strep.Strep test was negative . However the toddler said his ears hurt so she asked the Dr to check his ears. This inhumane dr refused to check his ears and told us to make a separate appointment. Thanks for nothing Dr. Elsner!

First time to need rush ER. PHONE person great, worked with me for time, that day. Wait time was minimal. Intake staff caring but professional. No wait to see new dr., Dr. Larson. He was thorough, caring, listened, reviewed my history, explained, and gave prescription for pick up that day. I did not have to spend all day in uncaring ER. Received proper treatment for serious on-going medical issue. My recovery time will be greatly improved.

They wouldn't let my son go here for the walk-in clinic since his primary Doctor is at the moses lake location. Instead go wait for an hour in moses lake with a sick kid. Yet the website said i was able to schedule it here. And the receptionist sounded unsure. yet people from the wenatchee clinic go here? And my billing statement says wenatchee. Make it make sense...

Worst bed side manner in my life.
I made what I thought was a light-hearted joke with a staff member. Got turned in for harassment. I'm married. I'm a war veteran.
I asked to have a civilian doctor because I thought it was better. If this is what I have to deal with ( The Super Sensitive staff)
I think some times I would rather just fade away into the great beyond. Thank you for making me feel that way confluence heath.
You are lucky I am not extremely wealthy and have few options for health care or I would go somewhere else. To the staff who is so sensitive they can't handle the truth.
Maybe you should get another job.😁
Can't wait to see what you wonderful people do next for my mental and physical health.
Im just glad you haven't killed me yet.
I'm so paranoid now im affraid to even talk to a female staff member. How are you gonna fix that one Confluence Health🤔
Please help me in listing your complaints until this ridiculous Narcissistic hospital is fixed😁 Thank you everyone 🙏

Tried taking my mother in who is severely dehydrated, they told me they were scheduled out and primarily do appointment, not walk-ins. They said they can have a nurse talk to her in the lobby, in about 4 hours, but couldn't do IV or anything else. How is that not refusal for care at what's supposed to be a "walk-in clinic"?
