Debbie and the whole staff at Connecticut Medical Supply have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Our Mother was being released from the hospital and we needed to get a bed and other supplies delivered to our house quickly. Debbie answered all of our questions, made suggestions, and had the entire transaction handled in no time at all. She also made sure to coordinate with the warehouse to get us a next day delivery so everything would be ready and in place when our Mom came home. Prior to this delivery we have been in many times for smaller items and they have always been helpful and accommodating. Thank you!!!

My family and I needed a bed for my grandmother quickly to move her to their home. CT Medical Supply was absolutely amazing, Alisa was able to get us a bed in less than 1 day, I called at 4pm on a Wednesday and had the bed installed by 10am Thursday. The delivery went beautifully, when delivered they walked my parents through how to use the bed and how to maneuver my grandmother so she would be safe. This was the absolute best experience during a very difficult time, I would recommend them to anyone!

This is the second time I visited CT Medial Supply. The women who run this place are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was given excellent advice on bandaging wounds both times. And shown exactly what to buy - and not buy. Aleesa was genuinely concerned about my situation. And last time, Debbie helped me with a military discount for my father in law's purchase. He served in Vietnam.

I have made several purchases with CMS and have been very happy each time. CMS has always been clear, concise and helpful. I highly recommend them for all your medical equipment needs. My latest transaction was the purchase of a wheelchair. I came into the store with NO idea of how to go about it. Aleesa sat down with me listened to what I needed, asked a few questions and then walked me through the whole process. She even wrote down a list of the documentation we needed for insurance along with a list of questions to get answers for. Once I obtained all the needed info, I gave it to Aleesa and she did the rest, she processed all the paperwork did all the insurance, etc. I came back the next day and picked up the chair. The whole process was accurate, simple, easy and quick. If you are considering doing business here, go for it!

The two ladies at Connecticut medical supply were just absolutely outstanding. Couldn’t ask for better service during a very difficult time with a lot of confusion they helped with their insurance they helped with the chairs they helped with any supplies we needed and every time we go there they’re just so friendly and helpful.
