Connie Douglas is the best! She is very caring and personable. She is very concerned about her patients and comes back to the room to speak with her patients if needed.So glad my wife and I now are under her since our old Dr left.. it's a BLESSING!

The office is extremely clean, reception personnel very efficient and courteous. Medical assistant is also courteous and efficient. Ms Douglass seems a bit overwhelmed, not completely aware of all the facts regarding her patients, but also very polite.

Knowledgeable, understanding of my medical issues, efficient with our time during appointments, has handled my referrals to my specialists and going over medications for future refills of medication that I need. I trust her to handle my primary care medical needs. She handles her business and is nice.

Connie is a very thorough nurse practitioner! I've gone through 4 or 5 primary care physicians since moving here 6 years ago. Connie is the best. She takes time to listen and the office is great at following up on referrals, tests and appointments.

2nd time seeing Connie Douglass FNP and she gave me several referrals to some other specialists that I need to see. By the time I got home 1 specialist had reached out to me by phone and another one called me Fri a.m to set up an appointment with the Dr.
She is pretty into her pts needed and I like that so will stick with her as my PCP.

I really had a great first visit with Connie Douglas. I'm looking forward to seeing her for my primary care needs. I've now seen Connie several times now. She's an amazing Doctor very on top of things. She make sure her patience needs our met. I really appreciate the time that she takes to make sure that I get the individual care that I need.
