She was the voice of reason at my primary care office, which has since descended into dysfunction upon her departure. She is intelligent and presents smart choices, but is willing to consider your input. I can't wait until I switch my insurance so I can go back to her at this practice. EDIT: I saw the response to this from Baystate. I just wanted to clarify that I was Connie's patient at another practice NOT in the Baystate system (before she actually left to work in the Baystate system) and this is not a review about Baystate care. Thanks

Not happy. By the time I checked in after waiting in line they told me that she wouldn’t see me because I was 13 minutes late but she would’ve taken me if it were 10 min. I’m also annoyed because of the waiting time to check in and they make you wait even longer before they bring you in to see the provider.
