Consistent care is a bunch of criminals especially Hanna and Jared, what a joke, I graduated treatment back in May and they still haven't done a thing, I have physically gone to the Yakima office and the door is always locked, the 3 x I have spoken with someone, they promise me they will help, but when I leave, they never call me, I am not the only person who has problems, I did some kind of intake with Hanna which was about an hour long and she promised to do something but their promises are there just to get rid of you.
New Information:
I called them back (never did they call me)and they said they wont help me now because of my review.

Took my whole family here for vaccinations/boosters. Effortless and awesome. Darleen and Jackie and the entire team at this location are absolutely fantastic. They explain things clearly. They follow up and call you if you have questions about scheduling. They're polite and caring and everything one values in a healthcare provider. I cannot say enough good things about this great group of people... other than THANK YOU!!!!

Consistent Care is the BEST! I went to Walgreens for a PCR test to travel to Israel and their (Walgreens) website said I'd have it back in 48 hrs. This was not true! In a panic I called Consistent Care and spoke with Darlene, she was soooo kind and understanding! She went out of her way, above and beyond to ensure I get my results back in time. I am beyond grateful for them! I highly recommend them!!

Oh, my gosh! The folks at Consistent Care are so kind and helpful, as well as diligent around providing the proper care to each individual. I got my Covid booster at their clinic and they made the whole experience really delightful. I so appreciate the staff!

There are limited staff employed here that posses the quality of character it takes to work in the social services field. I can't even begin to wrap my head around the lack of compassion and understanding by some. Worst place ever for decent human interaction.
