I have seen Dr. Wooldridge many times over the years since 2010. He has always listened to my concerns, his diagnosis and treatment are always on point. He saved my leg! I have also had visits with Dr. Lauderdale and he is also on point. Staff is great and generally the wait time is good. I can not say enough about how much faith I have in Dr. Wooldridge! I totally trust these two more than any other urgent care facility or any general care provider!!!

I have seen Dr. Wooldridge on many occasions and he is always very thorough! He actively listens to my concerns and provides options that work for me. He is very friendly and and kind! I have never spent much time in the waiting area because they are quick to get me in a room. My husband sees Dr. Lauderdale and thinks very highly of him as well. They are a great combination and highly recommended!!

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lauderdale and his staff!! Been seeing them for years but recently they went above and beyond for my 3 year old! Allison made her feel more comfortable even though it was a very traumatic injury! I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your healthcare needs!!

I have complete trust with both Drs !!!
I went to primary care Dr Tue he never did any test on me and said I had Broncitis so I went to Convenient care today second openion after coughing up blood this morning!!!
They xrayed my chest , flu test ,strep test and covid I have the flu !!!
I must say I’ll start going there when I start feeling
sick and when they start back taking New patients
I will sign up as new patient deffinetly!!! I could have ended up with pneumonia Dr Wooldridge said

Called in with an allergic reaction to medication prescribed. MD refused to change medication, but insisted I come back to let them verify it was an allergic reaction. I’m breaking out in rashes on my neck within 48 hours of taking the medication I would say that would qualify for an allergic reaction as it’s stated on the drug detail sheet. Never experienced this with any other facility. They are more concerned about collecting a co-pay than advocating and treating the patient. Stay away!!!

I took my 2 year old here today for the first time. All of the staff was awesome. Especially Lauderdale Jr., PA. He made my son feel relaxed & happy even though he didn’t feel well. I’ll definitely return to this location the next time my family or I are in need.

The wait was maybe 30 minutes. The staff was very kind, caring, and patient. They gave me some stuff for my asthma. They are the best urgent care I've ever been to.
