I was very impressed. During my experience here, the facility was very efficiently run. All of the staff & employees were very nice and helpful. The facility also seems very clean and well kept. The nurse or NP who helped me, Deni Bishop, was awesome. She was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone. Clean, efficient, polite supportive front desk staff. Good, clear communication. I’m visiting from the West Coast and walked in. The wait was only 30 minutes which I used to fill out the digital paperwork. I saw the doctor and had chest X-rays taken, received my prescription and was out the door in under an hour. Everyone was very chill. No rushing around just focused.

Convenient MD is a place I would go back to in a heartbeat!! Jennifer, my nurse, was a wonderful young lady who took care of me when I got there feeling sick. I had the recent need to visit this urgent care facility and while it was first visit to Convenient MD in Falmouth, it is not my first time visiting urgent care facilities off Cape. So, this review is based on my experience here and compared to other facilities not on Cape Cod. This facility is really nice, and I mean really nice. Waiting room, triage, exam room; all of it. Parking is excellent, too. Waiting rooms have usually been a bit tight on space at other care centers, but not here. I made my appointment on line New Year’s Day for 9am. Did all of the paperwork ahead of time so when I got there for 8:45 all I had to do was register that I had arrived. Was brought in at 9:00 and saw Dominique (the PA) shortly thereafter. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Her diagnosis and course of treatment was spot on, too. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. A real pleasure!

NOT a great initial experience. All computerized intake. Required phone photos and information. Told them I would go to emergency room as pain to much to complete the amount of information by phone. Receptionist said okay. An 88 yr old came in and she gave up as well. Unbelievable!

Extremely poor customer service and healthcare services. I would discourage anyone from going to this facility. I went to this place because of an ear problem. I was prescribed steroids and cream. Within hours my ear began bleeding and throbbing with pain. I returned only to learn nothing had been done with the swab taken two days earlier, no results were available, no follow-up was offered or performed. The initial exam was perfunctory and my return exam was worse! I would strongly recommend you go somewhere where the staff knows what they are doing — the staff at this place definitely does not!! You are taking a HUGE risk with your healthcare going here. If I could give less than one star, I would.
