I would most definitely give 0 stars if it were possible. The lady at the call center (Gabriella or Gabrielle) was absolutely very rude. She spoke as if I was not listening to her and spoke over me many times. She was impatient and not willing to listen to my very simple question and what I had to say. I was trying to get clarity on what she was telling me to do in order to make an appointment for a blood draw prior to the doctor’s appointment, but she was acting as if I was giving her a hard time when I was patient and willing to hear what she had to say. I could hear her annoyance by the tone of her voice and how she kept raising her voice at me when I was simply asking a question. She even hung up on me! How rude and unprofessional. This is unacceptable when she is in customer service/call center and is supposed to provide assistance, be respectful, and answer the customer’s questions. I hope management sees this and does something about it.

Maybe the doctors and staff are really nice, I didn't get to see anyone...but this place is not disabled people friendly. You have to STAND in a long line to check in, If you sit down, the people (other patients) will not let you keep your place in line, I was in so much pain after 3-4 min of standing that I broke down and cried and I HAD to sit down. Then they told me I was not even in their computer for an appointment and they do not have a doctor by the name "I was supposed to see" that day. LOL! That is really something. I called this place with the care coordinator from my insurance and the lady gave me a name of a doctor I will see, the address and time, So I went there and suffered in pain for nothing. How disorganized. Needless to say, I will not be going back. I need a practice that calls your name when it's time for your appointment. Actually I found a nice practice and have an appointment beginning of Feb. They even called me to confirm. 🙂

The worst place ever. Long time waiting hours. Even scheduling appointments on the phone, it will take a life time to get one, and the people answering the phone are very rude.
I will take my kids of form this office and never come back again here.

I just returned from your Arlington Heights facility after getting the booster and it operated like a well-oiled machine. We were in and out in under an hour. I highly recommend this facility to everyone. My advice: arrive before the doors open

Very well run. I was in and out for getting my Covid booster shot in 30 minutes. Definitely worth checking out if you’re having issues getting a follow-up appointment.

One of the nurses that works was being rude towards me and she wouldn’t want to give the papers to me, so I could leave and was being racist towards me and she also was screaming and insulting me just because I was Hispanic.
