I had a wonderful experience with my nurse and doctor. Some of the receptionists are kind.

I was told to go down to lab and knock on the window, so that’s what I did. The lady at the lab was on her phone in front of the desktop. She turns around a yells can I help you? I was caught off guard and I inform her I sent here from upstairs. She says to go wait and she’ll call me.

Her tone and demeanor was very unprofessional and not compassionate as cooks mission statement says.
I did not feel safe with her performing my labs as I was informed she there everyday.

I cannot trust someone with nasty bedside manner to take my blood or get accurate results if she can’t even be polite.
I feel bad for patients that don’t have other options and this is the level professionalism in this establishment.

I received a call saying that my appointment was re-scheduled to an earlier date. When I got there they told me I didn’t have an appointment that day, but until the original date. I lost a day of work because of this. I read the reviews and didn’t really believe the customer service was that bad. But it really is. It’s almost as if they do it on purpose. Im amazed on how this problem hasn’t been resolved. The medical service is good once you get past the scheduling problems. I would recommend to CALL BEFORE YOU GO, to make sure you have an appointment that day.

Had an appointment scheduled for today, was canceled within an hour period of the appointment time and when asked as to why, their response was "I don't know" and simply hung up without offering to reschedule. After reading the countless number of bad reviews, it is already very visible to me this clinic has no interests in taking accountability/responsibility for their actions. Sadly this review will just be another complaint that will go unnoticed whilst the irresponsible, immature, and unaccountable staff get a good laugh from reading it.

Lady making appointments on the south wing second floor never got off a personal call when I brought my mother in. Staff is completely rude. Medical assistant, mid-30s thin with light brown hair, never allowed my mother to speak and rushed through the entire visit; we literally told her to slow down to she can get the full review of symptoms. This place is an absolute joke, and hasn’t gotten better over the years. If you truly care about yourself or your loved ones, choose a different facility.

Scheduled an appointment here via the online scheduler for my daughter's 2nd COVID shot. Got there, didn't have my appointment, the receptionist was very rude even when I showed her the confirmation texts and emails. She gets us scheduled, has us wait about 20 minutes, only for the nurse to come out, call us in, and then tell us they didn't have the dose for her shot. Wasted a whole morning for nothing. Will never go back.

Unfortunately all the receptionists at this clinic are terrible, as you read the reviews everyone can attest to this. They are rude and very unprofessional. It’s a shame they treat the patients with no care and respond to our questions very rudely. The nurses and doctors however have always been nice. Is there anyway to hire new receptions that treat patients with respect?

When calling to make an apt the lady was so rude! I don't have insurance and I usually just qualify for their county care. Anytime I have called to make an apt they have given it to me and then I would just meet with the financial department to sort out my county care. She was just so rude and not helpful at all. I proceed to ask can I just get my appointment. She's like 'No ma'am" I have never heard of a place not ever not seeing someone because of no health insurance. Ridiculous. I had to hang up while she was still talking, I was so upset.
