Cancelled my appointment a few days in advance so Dr Bradshaw could go on vacation. Rescheduled me for "earlier in the week" but when I showed up they transfered me to a month later for pressing medical concerns. Office staff consistently nasty and unreliable.

To be fair, i've never been a patient here but my Wife is.
Back in 2011 I was visiting a friend in hospice & when i asked this fat/tall Nurse in her 40's where it was, she just gave me a total attitude for no reason.I pretty much expect that having to live in this area where pretty much everyone's rude.

I see Dr. Santiago here as my primary care and would highly recommend her. I always feel heard when I see her. She is very kind and knowledgeable and on the couple occasions I asked her a question she wasn't sure of, she was open and clear about such and helped me find the right person to talk to.

Friendly staff. Shout-out from my last visit to Nurse Practitioner Kathleen Murtland who was very nice on my visit. Also the office staff Jennifer, Van (very special shout out for being super helpful), Eileen, Shaina, and Stephanie. All were very friendly and helpful. Nurse Laysha was fantastic and Sarah the online Nurse was also great. Jordan the phlebotomist did a great job and I have difficult little veins and he was still able to get the blood out of me. Everyone was very kind and made me have a great visit. If I spelled any names incorrectly, please correct me-I want to recognize everyone who helped me!

Absolutely AWFUL patient care and communication.

I was a patient of Dr. Chan’s. Upon her leaving the office, in December I set a new patient visit with Dr. Bradshaw for the soonest appointment which wasn’t until April. The week of my new patient visit with Dr. Bradshaw appointment comes, and they call me to cancel as he “won’t be in the office that day”.

A week later I needed to be seen by any PCP provider for asthma control — only to be told, I could not be seen and was “no longer considered a patient of the practice” and that Dr. Bradshaw now isn’t accepting new patients, so I can’t even reschedule the appointment they canceled on me.

I ended up in the ER due to an asthma attack later that week, which would have easily been avoided if I could have been seen and they didn’t cancel my appointment.

I’m appalled by the patient care at this practice. Poor systems in place, poor communication. Will be seeking a new practice ASAP.

I've always had very positive experience with this clinic. They are affiliated with Cooley and use the patientgateway system. Visit notes and test results are available online the same day of visit. The doctors and nurses are always polite and friendly, they respond to my messages quickly. I highly recommend them.

The office was good. I haven't been in years. And they dropped me without writing or calling. Now i need a new pcp and origination. While i need help today.
