I was blown away by the whole experience! The whole staff was welcoming, helpful, and cheerful! Dr. Ragsdale was referred to me by close friends and family, they all promised I wouldn’t be disappointed and they were correct! She far exceeded any care I’ve received from any other doctor, she’s thorough, knowledgeable, and truly thrives at what she does. I am beyond grateful to have found such a phenomenal doctor in our small town! My only regret is not booking an appointment sooner!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Ragsdale this week and was a little apprehensive. When I got there I was greeted warmly by her receptionist who was also very helpful with questions I had when filling out the required paperwork. The nurse who called me in for the initial assessment was also very nice and professional. When the doctor came in, she introduced herself, asked some questions, and answered all my questions. By that time, I felt very at ease and comfortable with her. I am very satisfied with my initial visit.

The best experience at a doctor's office from entering the office to leaving. The receptionist is pleasant, friendly and professional. The nurse is pleasant, friendly, professional and has a genuine personality of caring for the patient. Dr. Ragsdale is like a "breath of fresh air" in the medical field. She does the best possible to learn about you, the patient, by reading the new patient packet and questions answered by you. Her drive is what is best for you and the method to improve your health.

Absolutely love Dr. Ragsdale. Never any issues getting in touch with them at the office, getting my refills or anything else for that matter ! Dr.Ragsdale is very attentive she listens and makes sure you know she is there to help in any she can, she cares we need more doctors like her. Most importantly my daughter felt comfortable at the doctor for the first time in years & has no problem talking to her.

Dr. Ragsdale is the BEST! I have been to many doctors in Birmingham and who knew I would find such a gem in Sylacauga. She listens to your needs and concerns and gives you options that you feel the most comfortable with. I never feel rushed when I’m with her. The staff is amazing as well.

Dr. Ragsdale and her staff are very nice and kind. From the nurse to the doctor I felt like I was in good hands! She was really interested in getting to the root of my problem and offered a variety of tests to make the correct diagnosis. I have never had a Dr be more thoughtful and actually care so much about getting me better! She gave me hope!

Dr. Ragsdale is absolutely amazing, I moved here from Birmingham about two years ago and was looking for a new primary doctor. I had some medical things happen which lead me to being in the hospital for 5 days and she checked on me daily made sure I was okay and researched more on my symptoms to make sure we fixed it. She’s now my primary and I can not be more happy with her, she actually takes her time with you and listens to everything you’re concerned with.
