So I never leave reviews, but after 2 phone calls I felt I needed to warn other people. I was trying to make a new patient appointment, and was informed that I must fill out all new patient paperwork and turn it in before an appointment would be made for me. When I asked why this was I was told it's Clinic policy and if I had a problem with it they wouldn't be a good fit with me. Then when I tried to ask for more information I was hung up on. So I called back and asked to speak to an office manager, because never in my entire life had I had a doctor's office tell me that new patient paperwork had to be filled out before an appointment was made, now mind you I have been asked to have new patient paperwork filled out before the first appointment but not before they would even make an appointment. So again I called back to speak to an office manager to find out that this was correct and the office manager was snotty and informed me that that's just their policy and that if I didn't like it I could find somewhere else to go. When I informed her that it wasn't a matter of me not liking it it was a matter of not understanding it and if I could have some explanation of why that was their policy I would appreciate it, I was again told that I should probably find somewhere else to be seen. So again just a warning for anyone looking for a local doctor, know that if you have any questions or seem like you don't understand something and ask for an explanation, it seems like their policy is to tell you that you're not a good fit and you should probably find a different doctor. I know I'll be finding somewhere else to go, as my understanding doctors and their offices are there to answer your questions especially when it's concerning your medical.

This doctors office is terrible!! The main Dr does not care who you are or what medical problems you have! The reception and Dr assistance will tell the Dr what to do and who should be allowed to come to "thier" office! They are complete liars! They will tell a sick man to leave thier office and never come back, if they don't like you or cant control your every word or your whole experience with them! Dont even try to tell them what you think is going on with you mediccly! They definitely will not let you say what you need to without treating you like a person of less standards then them! They will then make up a complete terrible lie to tell the doctors about you so they get thier way! I suggest they start to record "ALL" conversations so the truth comes out, really comes out!!
I actually work in a place in this town that sees all the towns people and I have the ability to hear all the comments that people say about other businesses, and I also can recommend places for those who ask, and lots of people do! Not only do I hear how terrible other people say this office is but I will "Never Ever" recommend this Dr office to anyone! Quite the opposite!!

My husband really liked his Dr Drake! It's been a long time to find a good one! So sad and too bad the staff runs the show!

It's unfortunate that bad employees can ruin a good doctors office. My review is in no regard a reflection of Dr. Parfait.

My wife called this office to have routine annual blood labs ordered. Jennifer, an awful human, simply refused to execute this request without an office visit. When I called and made the exact same request, I was granted a lab order by phone. When I called back to ask why my wife was being given trouble over the same request, I was told, and I quote, "This office needs to make money, and office visits are how we stay in business".
My wife is having concerns over her health and simply wanted her annual bloodwork done. Jennifer refused to do so, and went as far as to "discharge" my wife from care and CANCEL HER BLOOD WORK ORDER! What kind of sick human would do that to a concerned patient. How are you even in the healthcare industry? How do you go home at night and think you did something productive. Playing with people's wellbeing or psychological state of mind over a conflict of personality or difference of opinion is disgraceful. It's not a win or lose debate when someone's health is on the line. I will NEVER return to this office. I stand with my wife and hope EVERYONE sees this accurate review. Also, having talked to other patients of this office, I've been informed about the front desks awful treatment of patients, and blatant "Gatekeeping" of people from seeing the doctor. I hope Dr. Parfait reads this and makes immediate changes to his front desks practices and personnel.

Love Mindy Diehl as our our PCP. She takes her time with her patients and actually listens. However I do not care for constant appointment reminders. Was asked to be removed from any of the obnoxious reminders and they could not accommodate my request.

Dr Mindy Diehl is Awesome! I've never had a Doctor give as much attention and care as she does. We have been looking for a good family doctor for years, and are so so grateful to have found her. Her assistant Elondra is wonderful, too!

Don't trust the staff here. Been lied to many times now about them trying to reach out to me. I was scheduled for a MRI and that place asked me if I was claustrophobic and said yes. They offered to have my Dr prescribe something something for me. They called and had a script ready for me. I asked what it was and they told me visiril which the dr. Just prescribed me weeks before with no results. So I said I am confused why the dr. Would do that and they said because they are not a controlled substance type of Dr. I was very confused because I don't think there aree is a type of Dr who specifically prescribed meds that are a little stronger. After I only arguing and telling them I was confusef that the receptionist tolde they sent a prescription over but only the same one they already gave me..now they saw I can't go there anymore for yelling and they said cussing which never happened. There kiare. Liars so if you want a receptionist and office worker who lie to get there way and ignore a patient who is begging for help and label them a drug seeking. There assumingthat because all I would have needed is a one time scrip of two pulls and there would be no problem. Don't trust them they will tlie to get you in trouble when they are not communicating well at all. Liars

Dr Parfitt takes his time, listens and truly cares!! I've been around the block w many terrible doctors and I can full heartedly recommend him! He likes his job and truly cares!
Unlike most doctors, he recommends natural herbal holistic medicine when possible! Huge plus!!
Because of the time he spends on each patient, the only down side is he usually runs behind, but he's well worth the wait.
Unlike the PA Allison at the same place (that I've had issues with), Dr Parfitt is a very knowledgeable tremendous health-care professional! So happy I found him. Thanks Copper for having this doctor on staff!!

My family has been seeing Dr Parfitt for several years now. He listens close, thinks outside the box, and cares about the whole person. He is more than willing to talk about non-prescription solutions and encourages true overall health. This practice is not handcuffed by insurance providers. I like it!
