Excellent service. The lift chair we have was frozen in a partially reclined position and needed a new part. Copperstar was responsive and completed the repair once the part came in. They also gave me a crash course on all the features. Highly recommend.

Gloriana was an amazing young lady. She exceeded my expectations for a salesperson.
She knew her product extremely well. She was very low key and not pushy regarding the sale.
Her kindness and honesty was very refreshing. The wheelchair was within our budget and she explained how to take it apart and put it back together. Overall, I would come back to Copper State Medical again for any Durable Medical Supplies that I might need. This was one of the best sales experiences I have ever had.

Visiting in store was good experience. Salesperson was pleasant and very helpful to my needs. Delivery to my home was great. Delivery person was kind and friendly. He went over all the details of using the scooter to my personal needs and emphasize to call him if I needed help.

Thank you for the dignity , respect , and patience as you helped us understand all the pros and cons of mobility wheelchair vs mobility scooter. I chose this place for a cpap machine and supplies. While the initial interaction with in-store staff when I picked up the machine was great, the incompetent person who processed my insurance looked at both of my carriers, saw that one was Blue Cross and didn’t bother to warn me that they don’t contract with Blue Cross, nor did they stop to consider which of my insurances should be the primary. I got a call today… three months in to having this machine, telling me I had to return it because Blue Cross was supposed to be primary and they aren’t contracted with them.

No apology. No attempt to help or offer any sort of advice. Very uncaring and abrupt, considering it was their mistake.

I won’t ever recommend this place to anyone for this reason.

Super friendly staff. I was there to rent an oxygen concentrator for my guinea pig which is not norm I understand, and when I called to consult, Gloriann did not discriminate and was very nice and helpful to explain what I need to do to get a prescription from my vet. Staffs are all very understanding and warm to help carry the concentrator to my card. 10 stars.

I would definitely recommend Copper Star Home Medical Supplies to anyone needing medical equipment in the home. They have everything you would need to rent or buy. Staff is very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. Home delivery for set up on any equipment is fast. I cannot be happier and will continue using Copper Star Home Medical Supplies.
