I've been seeing Dr. Diaso regularly for a few years now, better, more personalized chiropractic care I've received at a far fairer price than DOZENS of others! Dr. Williams recently started offering her care at this office, and she is absolutely wonderful, takes a much different approach than Dr. D and the combination of the care is wonderful! Recently I've been seeing Dr. Williams more frequently and my chronic symptoms at the very least are staying at bay, if not improving after most treatments! Very happy to have such a caring personalized office 5 minutes from home! Highly recommend (even if you don't live in Cambria, they're better!) Also the support staff are friendly and very accommodating, I've even developed a friendship with several of them (shout out to Diana for always getting me in with my crazy schedule!)

I was in so much pain that I couldn’t get myself out of bed or even put on my shoes. I went into Core Care & got in with Dr. Williams & I’m so glad I did. My neck, shoulders & traps were so jammed up, I knew it was going to be a process. She was patient & mindful not to push my body to adjust when it wasn’t ready. One of the things I most appreciated was her technique with soft tissue massage. I’ve had chiropractors do trigger point work before but it never truly helped to get at the root like it did with her. I appreciated her willingness to try different things, but mostly her capacity to truly listen to me throughout each visit & respond accordingly with the best treatment for ME in that moment. She’s new to the practice, but don’t let that stop you from booking an appointment with her. She took my pain level from a 10+ down to a zero in less than a month. I’m so grateful to her for helping me regain my strength & mobility so quickly. In fact, I’m stronger after going to her than I was before.

Olga at Core Care is amazing. I recently hurt my lower back and decided to go see a Chiropractor. Since I had not been to a Chiropractor in Cambria I was lucky enough to find Core Care. Olga not only helped me with my back pain but she also gave me some great body mechanic techniques to use in my everyday life. She is probably the best Chiropractor that I have ever been to and I’ve been to some pretty good ones in the past. I’ve been so impressed by her I would highly recommend Olga Williams to anyone needing Chiropractic services.

Dr Diaso and his staff are great! He has been working with me not only to fix my alignment issues but also to teach me functional movements that will protect my body from injury moving forward. Dr. D takes his time, explains what he's doing and why, and is an excellent diagnostician. His approach is not just a "quick fix;" he puts you on a path of adjustments, therapy, and PT designed to address and correct the root of the problem, and ensure it doesn't return. The facility is clean and well-equipped; Vicki in the front office is friendly and efficient...I'm glad I chose Core Care when I injured my back.

I initially went to see Dr. Diaso for a shoulder issue after a bad fall. That went well. But when he had me return, he wanted to test the strength in my legs and back and pulled the muscles in my lower back and my knees. I had warned him not to hurt my legs and he said it wouldn't. He hurt me really bad. I never had back problems until I went to him. I ended up going to a back Dr. and a knee Dr. because of his negligence.

Dr. Diaso is very thorough with his assessments of injuries and explains everything very clearly regarding what is wrong and how he plans to help you heal. The office is modern and efficient and he emails his instructions to patients as well as telling you at the office.
