Been fighting with them for over a month to get my mom a medical supply that she needs. The funds are there through this other program but they won't allow it. Now that all the paper work is sent to them they decide they need an invisit appointment. She will be struggling to get out of the house for this appointment because they a video appointment is not good enough. I would get supplies any where but here. They are absolutely awful

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I would recommend you find another provider for your medical supplies in the Duluth and surrounding area.
I had a prescription sent over for a knee scooter from my provider / Dr - Sherry from Corner Home Medical called me back several days later and told me the claim had been DENIED by both Medicare and my secondary insurances BCBS of Mn.
I called both NEITHER Medicare or BCBS had any record of talking to or receiving any request for benefits from Corner home Medical in Duluth. Medicare told me that they did in fact require a Pre Authorization and BCBS of MN told me that if Medicare did deny that they would have covered the cost of the scooter as it is a covered item in my plan.
Tried with NO Success to locate and talk with a manager about the issue - no numbers or information posted on there website as to where or how to file a complaint.
Receptionist would not give any names - email address or phone numbers to contact anyone to resolve issues.
I left numerous message and was told someone would get back to me - NO CALL BACKS to resolve the issue.
My contention is that they just told me the claims were denied to get me to pay out of pocket / in cash to avoid the insurance paperwork.
AGAIN USE ANOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT NEEDS.

My father in law has a stair lift that stopped working. I called to see if they could repair it. I was told since it was not purchased there they would not work on it. I can understand taking care of their customers first. They could have put us on a waiting list and got to us eventually. In my repair business that is how I gain customers. Don’t push them away. It is not under warranty and we were willing to pay. They must not need any more business.

If I could give this place -5 Stars I absolutely would! Absolutely everything about this place is a joke. It took them nearly a full year to get me my wheelchair after I was measured for it. Then after four attempts, and several months later, they were finally able to find somebody that would make the brand new chair steer straight. Then it took them an extra month and a half to get me the new cushion for it. The velcro on the seat cushion was weak so it blew off the chair when it was in the back of the truck, and they flipped me the bird and told me to take care of that myself. This place has got to be the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in my entire life! Especially if you have a disability, you don't need to deal with these people too! It is very aggravating frustrating and many other things. Caveat emptor!!!!! Buyer beware, you've been warned... I hope you have a beautiful day!

Haha Kirsten, yeah right! She's a failure that took almost a year after I got measured to get me my wheelchair and it didn't steer right for 3 months after three attempts to fix it. She should have quit a long time ago, in my opinion she is worthless..

There's a reason you guys have such a terrible rating! I don't even know how you guys are still open really?...

Went to pick up a small air mask for my fiance's oxygen system they had it there for $10 then I was told that she needed a prescription to get it. Not cool. Went on Amazon and picked up a 5 pack for $15 and 2 day shipping. I will never go there again. What a waste of my time.

This is the WORST company ever!! I have had nothing but problems with them!! They are RUDE and LAZY and LIE ....they told me my insurance wouldn't pay for an item in which I went to medical store in Cloquet, MN and it was all paid for!! I'm so glad I went somewhere else and they gave me do much more better customer care.

I have been calling for over 2 weeks and have been told 5x by some of the same representatives that my special needs son's diapers were on the way! I'm still waiting!!! We are fully covered by 2 different insurances. Sevice here is horrible, but what other choices are there in our area! I'd give 0 stars if possible! I have already purchased several packages of nighttime pull-ups from Target OUT of pocket OUT of desperation!! What kind of customer service is that?!

was told a lie about equipment that I purchased... told that medicare would pay the complete cost..( they do this for a living )..only found out that it went through my supplement plan and I ended up paying 20% of the cost...I would take my business elsewhere if I were you
