Massage therapist Stephanie is way more than just a massage therapist. Her knowledge of the body and the way she taught me about what my body was doing and needed was very informative. She has many different modalities that she’s trained for in her years of experience. It was wonderful to have her figure out what my body needed and to use her skills to help me.

It took me months to make an appointment as they simply wouldn’t answer the phone. My appointment was at 10:15 am, but I wasn’t seen for at least 20 minutes. The appointment felt rushed. There was no talk of a treatment plan, follow up visits, X rays, etc. He literally plunged my back with a plunger and charged me $203 for an adjustment. The pain came back the next day.

Dr. Peters was extremely helpful, insightful, and thorough with everything I inquired about at my visit. Their new clinic is warm and inviting and the front desk staff were also very welcoming. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family!

I find this doctor to be a good doctor! One of the few in Alaska that takes Medicare! I was very happy until I got my bill! I had a major problem with their billing. I called to complain and they corrected some of the problem but, not all three. WHY WOULD THEY ONLY SUBMIT PART OF THE VISITS that they sending me bills for?
Every visit needs to be submitted so, I am not paying deductibles twice and paying out of pocket when I have a coverage that should pay it. I called to see if they charged both insurances and spoke to Aetna. There was no recording from this office. I called the office and they told me I haven't met my deductibles. Which if not recording it will never be met and the next doctor will bill me!
I called Aetna again and two of the three were corrected but, not the third visit I got a bill for
He is a good doctor but, his billing people I would change because patients shouldn't have to correct them on each visit for not recording everything to both of my insurances! Another thing they have another doctor that does muscles issues. I found him to be a waste of time. Does too little per visit to bother to try. Plus, just to sign a disability paper wouldnt until I paid a visit!!!

Hard to find Medical Care that accepts Medicare and Veterans Administration patients.
Wonderful caring staff, truly concerned about your quality of life and helping you get the most out of life with the least amount of pain & suffering, in the shortest possible time.
What else could you possibly want ?

Terrible.
My child was seen here twice - they are not his primary care provider and it was clear that he was not intending to transfer his care. In both situations he needed a referral to different types of care. The first time they held his referral hostage, never did send it to the requested clinic, and he couldn't access the care they agreed to refer him for. The second time they did all kinds of unnecessary primary care - at a big expense to us - upcoded his visit like crazy, promised a referral and again did not provide it. Really ironic that they're so Christian.

Would have been five stars prior to today. I have been a patient here for 5 years now and love my practitioner, Diana Hess. She is personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. My husband has been a patient for more than 10 years. We recently ran into some confusion regarding our insurance coverage and what we thought was a paid bill was turned over to collections without even a phone call. As soon as we realized what had happened (a couple of weeks ago) my husband paid the bill. Now, I am out of a prescription for depression and they refuse to refill it due to this one issue in years of paying up front for services. This medication is a big deal to suddenly not have access to and I find it really disappointing that a Christian clinic would deny a refill to a long standing patient and show such disregard for the well-being of a patient. Prior to today I would have highly recommended the clinic, but I'm really disappointed by today's interaction.
