Your kiddos are so special do not trust leaving them here. I visited this place a few times with my cousin we used to hangout in the lobby for about 3 hours and I don’t like how fake they are.
Therapist here are always on their cell phones and on the iPads that are to take data but they are always on a group message sending each other messages.

Staff here are so rude you say hi to them and they don’t even bother looking at you… The office don’t have a bathroom for the staff they have to go to the one in the lobby, there you see the staff and say hi and they don’t bother responding. One of the supervisor i don’t remember her name a tall woman she’s is so conceited she walks around in the lobby and give people dirty looks. Most of all the kids there need lots of attention and for a therapist to be on their phones when the parents leave them there thinking they’re in good hands!
This place drives parents crazy with a CONSISTENT policy but they are NOT CONSISTENT!!! My cousin child was often had her therapy cancelled with no excuse.

I found the intake process to be very easy to access and appreciate the ability to find any necessary info online through the Athena health portal. The people I spoke with were warm and helpful. The only downside is how far they are booking out but I guess that’s just an indication of how much need there is for services like this.

We were able to get an appointment quickly, where as we would have waited a year and eight months to be seen at the place we were waiting for. Everyone at the office was very nice, we didn't have to wait long once we were there. There were toys in the room to keep my son happy while we spoke to the doctor. Our doctor listened to our concerns and validated all three of us.

Absolutely run don't walk. We tried to work with Cortica as a company for the past 4 months. We have constantly been sent to the call center as they don't allow you to call the local center directly. Along with calling issues we encountered repeated service issues canceled due to the inability of the center to retain staff/find staff for the services they promise to deliver. The billing department fraudulently billed a service which was free to pull more money out of our insurance which was the last straw for us when it comes to working with this train wreck of a center. The only positive was meeting Dr Howe and having the assessment with our daughter which I might add was fraught with untrained staff, an empty building that didn't even have proper equipment and staff that didn't even know how to properly take the weight or physical measurements of my daughter. All in all if you care about your child you will not give this center the time of day but if you're desperate to get into a developmental pediatrician Dr Howe is good.

The people at Cortica were so nice and friendly. They helped me out with everything I needed for my child. Plus they were very quick about getting back to me once I connected with them. I was very pleased overall.

We really liked Dr. Howe. She was professional and personable. She knows what she is doing and knew exactly how to connect with me as a parent and with my kiddo who has ASD, ADD, and SPD. I'm looking forward to my son working with her -- and he is looking forward to it as well!

Horrible. Been working to get an appointment for a screening for almost 3 months and nothing. Went to first appointment and was told it was a screening but it wasn't. Still have to pay for the appointment and still waiting for an appointment for a screening. Can't call directly and getting through to the call center is a nightmare. If you ask for a call back you get a text message, but when you text them back no one answers. Horrible AVOID THIS PLACE!
