DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON! I went into this salon to get my bangs trimmed. I wanted my curtain bangs trimmed with them a bit wispy in the front. This was the worst haircut/trim I’ve ever gotten in my life! The original lady who had cut my hair (she’s American Hispanic) showed it was obvious she didn’t have much experience which should’ve been the first bad sign but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Once she showed me my bangs when she was done I couldn’t actually believe how bad it was. I asked for someone else to look at them, hoping they could fix it. That woman (a white older woman) then came over. Made them worse!!! By cutting them very badly even more. They both were rude and didn’t take any accountability for how bad they messed up my hair! I don’t understand how someone license in this industry could be so bad. Tbh, I don’t even believe they are license, like how could they be!!? Unless you want your hair ruined by unprofessionals do not come here!

In May, I had a Clarifying Facial with Rebecca. It was genuinely the best facial I have ever received. She was thorough while doing extractions, and it was the least painful extraction session I’ve experienced. She was honest in telling me the condition of my skin. And made the environment welcoming, with spa music and small conversation. I would definitely recommend getting a facial here, if you are in the Chatsworth area!

I got a 60 min. deep tissue massage. The masseuse took time at the beginning to thoroughly go over my history and what I wanted her to focus on which I appreciated very much!

The massage started with beautiful aromatherapy. I loved the use of the hot stones and the warm towels on my feet. It was lovely.

The masseuse was fantastic overall, she was highly skilled and my massage left me feeling like a new person 🙂

The facility is very nice and smells amazing. Would highly recommend the deep tissue massage here (or any massage really I’m sure they are all great)!

I love this place! They offer so much in a small place. Nurse Cheri is an absolute artist with a syringe and is always honest - meaning if I want to get lip filler and she feels like it will be too much, she will let me know. She also gives me alternative options that are less invasive such as getting Botox in certain places to slim the face instead of doing collagen threads etc. I also have had my eyebrows microbladed by Rebecca, which yielded a great result. My skin took the tattoo ink way too well so after one treatment I looked like someone took a sharpie to my brows. She did two sessions of removal with me which toned them down just the right amount, and made them look absolutely amazing. They also have latisse for a great price. The prices overall are super fair. I’ve heard good things about the doctor and literally never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend this awesome gem of a place.

Hands down one of the best facials I’ve ever had. Katie is amazing at what she does and you can tell she loves her job. She is very thorough and takes her time. I did microdermabrasion and a jelly mask along with extraction. My skin is so smooth and glowing! Wish my skin looked like this everyday . Cosmetic Creations Spa is one of the best kept secrets in the valley!
