I a saw the PA and she diagnosed strep. She confirmed that I was not allergic to any medication, but I am! And I already told the medical assistant. They did not listen to my chest which i thought was standard when visiting a Dr. They prescribed and dispensed an antibiotic. I asked about drinking alcohol while taking it from the PA and medical assistant. They said the information card didn't say anything about it. The PA was very young and did not exude confidence. Every time I asked a question she stepped out of the room to check. The office was clean and the ladies in front efficient and nice.

My 6 year old son broke his elbow and we saw Jason Rusoff, NP. He was great, very patient and explained everything well to my son. The radiology tech, Alma (I may have misspelled it), was absolutely amazing with my son. She even positioned his stuffy’s arm on the radiology plate to show my son and help him be more comfortable and less stressed. She was so sweet! We’re so grateful for the care we received!

No one likes to go to the doctor, but I was so impressed by the Cottage Urgent Care. Each person was professional, attentive, caring (which is really nice when you don't feel good). This felt like customer service used to feel. As if the company is there to help you. I will 100% refer anyone I know to the Cottage Urgent Care.
Thanks to everyone that helped us today.
The establishment is CLEAN, the employees are polite and considerate, the wait was explained.

I've never had such an incredible urgent care experience! I was traveling so I had no insurance networks nearby and came here when I found myself with difficulty swallowing and strong chest pain. From start to finish everyone was super kind and understanding. They didn't have a diagnosis for me but we're able to prescribe things to treat my symptoms in the meantime. By far the best urgent care ever! No wait with an appointment time, and no walk ins were waiting when I came for my appointment. I wish they took my insurance, as I wish I could make this my new health care clinic. 10/10 recommend

Called and told the situation about my 99 year old dad's catheter situation. He went in. I requested they call if anything went wrong, since he cannot hear very well. The "doctor " called and was extremely rude!!! She just yelled that they do nothing with catheters and she had to ask her supervisor. WOW.....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Maybe that is how Doctors act from her country... Whomever the owner of this Urgent Care is, should really look into who they are hiring.

Always have a consistently positive experience when needing urgent care. As it seems, in the last three months, I have been there twice, needing urgent care for various medical reasons. The staff from receptionists to NP, PA, and xray staff are all friendly, personable, and thorough. I can highly recommend them for your urgent care needs. Very clean establishment. You can also enjoy free hot beverages. I would recommend scheduling an appointment beforehand to expedite your visit.

My daughter needed a sports physicals and her preferred Doctor could not get her in till June, I called different urgent cares but Cottage Urgent Care took care of us, when I called I spoked to Gabby and she was professional, and kind and gave me the correct information and scheduled us right away. Upon our arrival this is the cleanest facility I been to in Oxnard CA and the staff were all very friendly, we were checked in by Gabby and she took all my child vitals and my daughter was very comfortable and we were not waiting long to see the doctor we were out before you knew it. I will definitely be referring friends and family to this urgent care. I’m a very happy client .

Went there for stomach pain. They could have just told me to go to the ER as there is nothjng they can do
Nope took my $50 copay and the NP just said so what do you want me to do? Now I see it was billed as an out of network dr when it said it was in network no bill from them yet but it is coded as a new patient 45+ minute appointment. She spent 5 minutes with me. Total rip off. If I get a bill for this kind of awful care I will be fighting it.
