I had a couple of sessions with Courtney and she was amazing. She held space for me and truly listened. I didn't feel uncomfortable or judged or anything. And when I did, I was honest and mentioned it and she reassured me and helped make me feel safe.

Courtney cares about what she does and it's obvious in her content and her sessions. You'd be surpised at how powerful it is to have someone take what you said and give it back to you in a constructive, loving and understanding way. Ever feel crazy and like nothing you say is making sense? SAME. I word vomited all over her and she made it make sense to me. That in itself can be so therapeutic.

Courtney is a beautiful soul and she will help so many people. If you decide to be one of them, I know your life would change.
