I have had three appointments canceled by Morin, received 2 letters notifying of cancellations. To get another appointment took 6 months, then that one just recently canceled, no letters. I am very disappointed in my service and it takes 6 months when she cancels, now another cancellation. It's almost impossible to get another provider, at 73, I can see one cancellation, maybe 2 but now a third, and no letter .I only found out because I Called to confirm, I do not think thus is very

I had two appointments with Courtney L. Morin, CNP. The first appointment she became ill and was not able to attend work. She however, accommodated my first appointment by setting up a virtual appointment. On my second appointment, she took the time and care to go over my blood tests and my osteoporosis diagnosis. She is also a great listener and answered all my questions and concerns. She is an asset to Baystate Health Primary Care, Palmer.
