Good luck getting an appointment when you need one. I've been in horrible sharp pain not just in my tooth but now my jaw and all the way up to my ear for a week now an still have another week to wait before my appointment. On top of the pain my jaw is starting to swell and feel warm(run fever). Tried telling them and still nothing but "if there is a cancelation we will call you" ?. I haven't been able to sleep or eat and god forbid if I get up and do something the whole right side of my face hurts and constant THROBBING. It sounds like a dental emergency right Not to them.

I recently got insurance to fix my teeth, note I'm disabled and get Medicare and Medicaid along with united health care and they both lied to me so they can throw me on someone else. They gave me a number to USB dentist saying they will work with my Medicare and Medicaid to have oral surgery on my teeth given my diagnosis of sarcoidosis, so I call them and they told me otherwise and that they don't accept my insurance. And then he writes me a prescription of moltrin, something I could get over the counter at dollar general.. and then the next day cancled the prescription he gave. But he's treated literal former meth addicts teeth and alcoholics teeth.. and somehow was fine with it. That's cruel and uncalled for..

I have learned my lesson.
It's going to cost me a LOT to have work repaired that was done about two years ago. They would not stand behind their work.
Insurance won't cover it. Insurance said it should last five years.

Totally kept $$ of my money after Blue Cross processed the claim. I have the receipts and statement. They are not worth arguing with. I had heard bad things about them, now I know. I will not be back.
