I've been here a couple of times now and like to say that the personnel, in this case was Susan, is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I, unfortunately, forgot who helped me the first time, but it was a gentleman who was equally knowledgeable and helpful.

The store is very well equipped and supplied, as I was able to point out my machine for them to easily identify what I needed.

Thank you so much for being here and being so helpful for us who need the supplies at a far more affordable price than the medical places we originally acquired.

Places and people like these are a godsend that help the rest of us stay healthy on what we can afford.

Cannot recommend enough! My husband forgot his mask, so we were desperate to find something so he could sleep during vacation. This location is super close (0.5 mile from our hotel), and the service was phenomenal. We called to make sure they had the right model, and the cashier double checked to make sure we had the right specs. Then the manager/owner? overheard us mention distilled water and came out from her office to show us their travel model, which is super small, and it has an attachment so you don’t have to bring water. They ship nationwide, so we are definitely going to purchase the portable one when we get home and check with our insurance. 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I were traveling from Alaska and he forgot the hose for his CPAP machine. The first night (when we realized it) he slept with out it, it was an awful night sleep. I woke up and started to search for a medical supply store. We were very thankful to find the CPAP store.
When we arrived into the store a gentleman was on the phone with a customer, a woman in an office on her cellphone spoke to us from the office saying someone would be with us soon. She promptly came out and assisted us. I thought she was kinda of short with us, definitely the feeling that she does this everyday and we do not, so we didn't know exactly what we were doing. She asked if he needed a heated hose or not. We said what ever is cheaper. Which was the not heated. We were given the hose and she asked the gentleman to take care of us from there now that he was off the phone. At this time my husband realized he did need the heated hose, because of the connector on his machine. The man promptly switched it out.
We did have to provide our personal information which we didn't care for especially because we live thousands of miles away. However the employee did let us know he can't proceed with the purchase with out it. We were relieved to hear the total was only $56.
We are very thankful for this store.

Happy with my experience at this CPAP store.. I ordered a sleep study test online and after my online research found this location to have the best value. The order was placed and the unit came quickly. A few days later I learned I no longer needed to take the test so I reached out and was able to make the return. While the communication is a little slow, (I typically had to wait a full day for a response) they do respond and are very gracious to accommodate.. I would certainly recommend and be a return customer if I ever need the product. Thanks S for the communication and willingness to work with me..

This store is super friendly! And the staff is very knowledgeable. I’ve been coming here for years. I buy all my stuff from them very easy. this is my go to store when I need anything for my CPAP my experience here has always been great.

If your just starting treatment and got a mask through the mail like I did. Don't bother wearing it. Go to this place, talk to them. Get fitted and test a mask that actually works and then start treatment. Super knowledgeable and friendly people

I was traveling and forgot my CPAP machine and all equipment back home in Nebraska. I was floored by the fast & friendly service …so grateful to have them close by ! They had me set up with a travel machine in less than an hour. It was very simple to have my doctor fax a prescription and they accept Care Credit! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!
