I need hypoallergenic CPAP filters for my ResMed machine. The CPAP Store advertises "original" hypoallergenic filters for a hugely discounted price compared to other vendors. After ordering, I found out why they are so cheap - these ARE NOT hypoallergenic filters. A true hypoallergenic filter should be tightly woven and opaque with no visible holes. See the photos below to see what I mean. The first photo shows The CPAP Store USA's "hypoallergenic" filter compared to an original ResMed STANDARD filter. The second photo shows The CPAP Store USA's filter compared to a true hypoallergenic filter that I had purchased from another (more expensive) vendor.

I should have realized The CPAP Store USA filters would be low quality to match the low price, but I took a chance because their return policy stated the filters would be returnable if I didn't open the package. Well, that was another lie. Needless to say I DO NOT RECOMMEND The CPAP Store USA!

Wonderful experience with this company. I was on vacation from Texas and forgot my cpap machine. My Dr faxed my prescription to the store and I was able to purchase my new cpap at a very reasaonable price. They were so generous and gave me a few freebies knowing my situation. The online chat was very helpful. Thank you Susan. As a respiratory therapist I highly recommend this store.

They sent the wrong product, after over 12 emails back and forth, with pictures and descriptions... They stopped all communications. I recommend that you find a different supplier, as the phone number on there website goes to a plumbing company.

Vacationed in Las Vegas and my husband forgot to bring a mandatory CPAP mask part. We were easily accomodated in this store. The sales rep knew the part needed immediately. Total visit time approx 5 min.

They sell “SAMPLE ITEMS NOT FOR RESALE” and have the nerve to claim that the sticker ACCIDENTALLY got on the packaging. Yeah right! They’re selling sample items to make a profit. Plus, their products are stained. My nasal cushion was orange in color. They claim it’s because of storage and the reason why I got it for a sale price.
This company is a downright joke and not legit. I want to return my items but they don’t provide a return label.
So I have to pay for packaging and shipping.

Never again will I deal with this crock of a company!
