Love love love cranberry dental ! The only dentist place that I will ever go to . They make you feel so comfortable and they are so friendly ! I highly recommend them and they are great with children as well. I forgot the women’s name who cleaned my teeth I want to say Jenn? She was the absolute sweetest! I was so anxious about going in because it’s been a while but she made me feel safe and comfortable right away! Thank you so much cranberry dental

Very Often last minute cancellations and reschueduling, have had appointments pushed out for months including a toddler first visit.
The techs are fabulous and receptionist often great (and are the only reason for the 3 stars)
Dr Montelliti though has poor bedside manners for parents who are struggling with their toddler’s teeth and are actively implementing all his advice, you’ll just get the same shame the next visit.
Will give a referral to fix a their failed filling to one place and when notified the referred-to-place won’t take the age of the patient, Dr Montelliti will turnaround and claim he never referred to that place, but instead complete different place in a completely different town than the referral paper he wrote on and have handed to you.

Cranberry Dental is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to. From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated like family. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and at ease. I am so grateful for everything they have done for me, from routine cleanings to more complex procedures. I cannot recommend Cranberry Dental enough - they truly are the best! And Again big thank you to DR.Mortelliti ,Jen ,Mackenzie will Never forget when I Saw my smile again

The dental hygienist was friendly and gentle. The dentist Dr stern is always professional and kind. He was excellent when I had an issue during the holidays and did his best to rush the process. The only complaint is the front desk secretary; she was extremely rude. She called after I left asking for my insurance numbers. She made me pull over to find my card when I had told her it never changed. She really should speak to patients differently and with some patience and knowledge before speaking to people like that.
Hope you have a better experience with her but highly recommend this practice regardless.

This office is a disaster. For my first appointment I waited 45 minutes to be seen because they did not verify my insurance in advance. I spent an hour trying to tell the hygeniest my ailments because she kept interjecting with her own completely unqualified recommendations rather than simply taking notes for the dentist. When it's FINALLY time for the cleaning, I'm told that I'll have to schedule to come back. Apparently she talked her way through to the next patient arriving , and the dentist was taking a lunch regardless. Over an 90 minutes there for absolutely nothing.
A month later I return. Not much of a wait. That was the only positive. I get a different hygienist and the prior one kept no record of my last visit. I had to start all over with my dental ailments. The cleaning went fine until the dentist came in - Dr. Nosehair should consider speaking with a colleague about his halitosis. He poked around my mouth for a few seconds and muttered that everything looked fine, then moved to leave. I had to stop him and was forced to explain my ailments a third time. He then looks at my images and says I need a root canal and crown on a front tooth. I later got a 2nd and 3rd opinion - I do not need a root canal and crown. He referred me to an oral surgeon that he said treats TMJ. The front desk woman told me they'd take my insurance because they "refer patients there all the time". The oral surgeon neither treats TMJ nor accepts my insurance.
The last straw, and primary motivation for leaving a negative review, was the trainwreck hassle of trying to get my records. During each conversation with a hygienist, dentist and other staff member I made it explicitly clear that I had upcoming treatment by other specialists and would need notes/documentation of what was discussed, examined and diagnosed. They made it so inexplicably hard to get any documentation that you'd think I was investigating a government coverup.
I went to Cranberry because it's well reviewed and reasonably close to home. I have nothing but regret over choosing them.

This is the best dental place. I am sitting here in the parking lot right now. Not the first time they went out of their way to fix my tooth that insurance couldn't help me. They really care abouthe quality of your teeth. I highly recommend The dentist here. And the hospitality of everybody is just so nice..

Absolutely the best! For the longest time I've had terrible experiences at the dentist. I've now visited Cranberry Dental twice and will be going here from now on. Dr Sturm and his assistant Kelsey are kind, gentle and so fun! They make getting dental work done a breeze and fun. I think it's great that they're so non-judge mental and are very passionate about making sure you are listened to. It's nice to go somewhere where you're comfortable and cared for!!! Highly recommend.

I have been going to Cranberry Dental for a couple years now after not being to a dentist in a long time because of anxiety and fear. The staff is like no other! going out of their way to give you the best care possible and to make you feel as comfortable as possible not making you feel like you’re just a number, which is extremely rare these days Dr. Sturm was patient with all my questions and does exceptional work. His assistant Kelsey is amazing, knowledgeable and funny. Their hygienist Nicole , is by far the best I have ever had, and in my own opinion, she is the glue that holds it all together along with Jen upfront who keeps me updated and informed and is super respectful of my time. I feel like we have all known each other for years. we are all on first name basis they make me feel like family when I walk in. if you’re looking for a less corporate feeling dentist visit I highly recommend you book your appointment now you won’t regret it!
