This company is completely fraudulent and does not hold up to one word of truth. I am a single mother of three daughters I was told different things by three different people one told me I was guaranteed to see stuff up off my credit report that I had already paid off, but it was just still stuck on my credit report. Another guy told me that it takes 60 days to see any improvement another person told me 90 days of improvement. I did not see any improvement on my credit report at all. You guys robbed me of $200 plus the monthly fee I was paying for you guys to not even have sent out the last month of letters, You had guaranteed me. Why promise and say 100% guaranteed or money back if you guys have no intentions on doing your job $200 may not seem like a lot of money but to a mom of three girls who live paycheck to paycheck I could’ve paid so many other things you guys should be ashamed of yourselves

This is a terrible place to have been in contact with they have done nothing and charged me. I went to them for help with credit and I waited for the 90 days for any kind of results and got nothing. It's all been a complete fabrication of helping you with credit they just want your money that you apparently don't have already if you are trying to make your credit better. We'll AVOID THIS PLACE.... I read your response and lazy people huh? What a way to talk to people ever think of responding without being rude to people ? Now I'm leaving this on here.

I have been working with them since June. I keep getting mail from the credit unions saying they aren't authorized to help me. I call them and they give me the run around and make me feel like I am wasting their time. Don't waste your time or money.

This is really a scammed. I paid 3 months and nothing remove and no money returned as guaranteed. . So I canceled. I disputed myself within 60 days most items were removed. Save your money. They will slow walk you and take you for a long ride with those monthly subscriptions until they take all the milk out of you. If they guaranteed they will remove. Make sure it's written not orally.
