Friendly and professional reception staff. They were courteous, making me feel welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in process. Their professionalism was evident, and it set the tone for the rest of my visit. You need to fill up a paper form on arrival.

I had a great experience with Dr. Anna Safarin. She carefully analysed what's going on and performed the procedure. It was a complicated one and she handled with great care.

But I can't say the same thing when it comes to prices. I was told the price for root canal is going to be around 2400 PLN which was still too much but I didn't have any other choice to do it. After two day procedure I had to pay around 3700 PLN in the end.

Possibly the best dental clinic in Poznan? I think so. Just walking in through the doors, you see the attention to detail in a very inviting atmosphere. The clinic is exceptionally clean, all equipment state of the line with absolutely competent friendly young professionals to take care of all your dental needs. Through the entire course of my treatment, I felt I was taken care of, my options and treatment plan were clearly presented, and I was never forced into anything unnecessary. All doctors involved in my are were exceptional. As someone who has always dreaded visiting my dentist, I have always felt at ease and in good hands here. If you are looking for the best care, I highly recommend coming here!

Byłem umówiony na panoramiczne zdjęcie zębów, które według cennika miało kosztować 100 zł. Po badaniu zostałem obciążony kwotą 450 zł – 200 zł za zdjęcie i 250 zł za konsultację, na którą nie byłem umówiony i o której dodatkowych kosztach nikt mnie nie poinformował. Nikt nie zapytał mnie o zgodę na konsultację, a mimo to zostałem zmuszony do zapłaty.

Brak przejrzystości w cenniku i ukryte opłaty to bardzo nieprofesjonalne podejście. Radzę wszystkim dopytywać o szczegóły i żądać wyjaśnień przed skorzystaniem z usług tej kliniki.
I jeszcze, byłem zapisany na 11:30 a wszedłem do gabinetu o 12:00
