While on a cruise I needed to be seen by a doctor. Called Creekside and they fit me in in a very short time. Care was excellent. They wrote me a prescription for me to pick up at the local Safeway (a shuttle bus went right to the shopping center). Creekside's location is perfect for cruisers, right next to berth 4, a 5 minute walk for me. I hight recommend Creekside.

Sister went here for cdl... horrible experience. Was trying everything to fail her. Told my sister I'm glad you used your own pee because I was drug testing you!! My sister was shocked at this response and failed her for blood pressure! .

Called for appointment and asked why they couldn't schedule me. They said I canceled 3 times. I said there were 2. One I was very sick to sick to come in and gave them plenty of notice before appointment and the second time I unfortunately had alot going on and alarm did not sound as a reminder. When I asked politely what the 3rd time was they hung up on me. This was a physical for a job and may effect my employment. I'm a medical professional myself and would highly influence people to avoid this buisness. Very unprofessional to hang up on a polite costomer.

Called to try to get a physical and establish a new primary care physician since my doctor moved. They said it’s weird for me to want an annual physical. That I needed an immediate medical concern to get an appointment and then they could get me in next week. The lady on the phone made me extremely uncomfortable asking for details about my medical problems.

We stopped in while in port to get my son looked at for bad cough that had developed on our cruise. The staff was super friendly and Dr. Hulstine was wonderfully thorough and kind. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical care.

I went in to get a COVID test and paid $150 rather than going to a free test sight because I was told I would get results much quicker. When I arrived they told me 3-5 days for results. After a week I called and then after 10 days I called again and they still had no results. At that point I asked to be refunded. I was told that wasn’t possible and that a manager would call me. 14 days later and no one called me so I called again and was told “your test has been canceled as you requested so there are no results.” Wow.

Family health don't make me laugh!! I brought my kids in cause my daughter Angela suffers of extreme eczema the help I received was very nice and informative but I was asked to never come in again because of my other children! So u won't see my family but you say you are a family clinic. They offered me to leave my children in the waiting room I should have said no thank you! But guess they can't handle children at their family clinic!

Called for appointment; receptionist rudely told me they could get me in at “the end of the summer” Really not cool considering I have 2 types of insurance….but I didn’t even get that far before she hurried me off the call. Really odd, wouldn’t want to be a patient here!
