With more funding and focus shifting to maximizing amount of clients service... the fundamentals of HIV care have gone by the wayside. So many people falling through the cracks and giving up because of the mismanagement of the organization. They can and should do better for the communities they built their organization on.

This place has lost sight of care, appropriateness, confidentiality, and providing a comfortable atmosphere. A serious restructuring and review of the mission statement should be investigated. The vision is all about billing, insurance, grants, ill equipped programs and salaries, in addition to, status & political board members.
New Orleans you have better options for health care.

amazing place amazing people that work there. They treat you not only like a human being but with kindness. They give out prep to prevent hiv, condoms, hep c treatment without all the hoops and red tape of regular Drs just get some blood work done and they call in your meds to the pharmacy! They also give out free plan B which is amazing. They are also the people who told me about BOGO market match with snap at farmers markets before it became popular which was a great help. They do a lot more for people but that's just the basics. There needs to be more facilities like this. If I could give 10 stars I would.

It's always something with them ova there.adevam appointment with psychiatric. Waited a month got there for them to tell me ill meet her my next appointment in a month they just intake. So I couldn't get my seraquil refill or see a Dr. Same for pma. Just let me see the real Dr.

Some of the most wonderful doctors and people thank God that I can walk to some of my appointments and get my meds there too I'm hoping that they will put a vision center in the building. Thanks much crescent Care Clinic

Pharmacy is always quick also the exchange on Wednesday is quick, organized, and everyone always seems to be on the same page!!! So that moves things along. Also the people that work here are just SUPER AWESOME !!!! && all hands a cute little style
