Today's Pick up of supplies was great. Driver was fine. He called and said he would be at my residence in 5 minutes and arrived on time. He was pleasant and courteous.
The only problem I have with this company is that it goes under many names: Adapt Health, Youngs, Montgomery Medical Supply. Each time I get a survey or email it is a different name. Very confusing and a bit suspicious of the different names...

Top notch, consent-forward service!

I came in for an initial CPAP fitting. Mike was wonderful and patient in getting me set up, answering my questions, and making me feel at ease.

I especially appreciated how Mike asked for consent each time when getting close to me, or having to touch me to get the mask fitting properly.

I didn't know what to expect when I arrived, but Mike made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything and made sure that I understood but also assured me that if I had any questions or concerns later, they are there to help me and I should contact them. Overall, I felt very comfortable with the information, mask fitting, and instructions Mike provided.

Both Mikes were very friendly and helpful. I went in knowing nothing about CPAP machines, scared of having to use one, and left feeling comfortable and almost excited to hopefully start getting a healthy nights sleep. Couldn't say enough about them. Thank you!
