What amazing people, my doctor recommended this pharmacy to me and I am disappointed in myself for not going sooner. This pharmacy definitely has my future business, the pharmacist was so incredibly friendly and helpful, and what a nice man. Avoid This Pharmacy at All Costs.

I had the misfortune of using this pharmacy recently, and it was nothing short of a disaster. From the initial call, you could clearly tell they have no idea what they are doing.

To make matters worse, the pharmacy was disorganized and chaotic. When I finally received my Rx, it was leaking out of the bag, missing crucial medication that I urgently needed.

Attempting to rectify the mistake was an exercise in frustration. They redid the Rx however they dispensed it in the wrong bottle!! (Supposed to be a spray form, not a liquid dropper) When I asked why, they said because they “ran out of the other kind” that the Rx is supposed to be.

After attempting to administer, the dose was significantly higher and I felt nauseous afterwards.

After trying to get a new Rx for the THIRD TIME, The staff said it would be delivered. However no delivery came.

The following day I received an extremely rude call from the OWNER saying they won’t deliver it all of a sudden and hung up on me.

He was unapologetic and unhelpful, displaying a shocking lack of professionalism and customer service skills. It was abundantly clear that they couldn't care less about the well-being of their customers.

I am blown away that is psychopath (owner) is allowed to operate a pharmacy.

Overall, my experience at CTRX was nothing short of a nightmare. I implore anyone reading this to steer clear of this establishment unless they want to endure unnecessary stress, incompetence, and risk to their health.

Very pleased with the service provided by the staff and lead pharmacist ( possible owner ) and how he carried himself. Ive had several issues trying to fill my prescription recently and i explained my frustration to saraj ( probably spelt wrong sorry) and he accommodated me so professionally and in a timely manner. They were extremely helpful to me. And word of advice for new potential customers that read reviews just because someone had a negative experience doesn't mean you will. Most definitely give them a chance if your in need . They went above and beyond for myself. Thank you guys so much and see you next month.

Terrible. Brought a scrip in on Weds. guy there tells me he can have it next day. Show up next afternoon and take f course they don’t have it. The guy who could make it didn’t come in that morning. Did they bother to call me or text me they wouldn’t have it? No. So they hand me a post it note with an address and tell me they can make it, when II put it into GPS it says 4 mins away. Get there it’s a house in Palm Springs. Call them back and ask and they give me a phone number and it’s to the intended pharmacy that’s in Delray Beach 30 mins away. They’re not taking more scripts for the day regardless. Totally wasted day without meds. Total failure. If you can’t provide the services then call and infirm rge customer

Had such a great experience here. They have all of the vaccines and I never had to wait. Myself and 3 other family members got vaccinated here and we all experienced no side effects and pain. There friendly and sufficient. Will definitely recommend.

There is nothing bad to say about this pharmacy, the staff or the service. I have never had to wait in line to pick up meds. Every one every time is very helpful and informative. This pharmacy has earned your business you just need to use them.
