Tried to make an appointment because I’ve had body aches, fever, cough, etc. for several days now and it’s not getting better. The lady asked me if I’ve had a COVID test done and I said yes and it came back negative. She said the appointment would have to be over the phone because of the fever! What good is an over the phone appointment if they can’t check you!!!? What good is a doctor that doesn’t see sick patients!?

I had made appointment with this office since I got a new insurance . I had let the agent on the phone know my reason for the visit . I get to the office , front desk seemed miserable to be there but the service from them wasn’t the problem . I get called in get my weight checked and etc . The nurse assistant didnt bother to ask me the reason of my visit she went straight to the notes the agent left discussing renewing my disabled handicap card and told me we can’t do it today rudely . I had let her know(since she didn’t ask) I’m here because starting over since I have a new insurance I was diagnosed at another office but they don’t take my insurance so I came here and she kept discussing about the handicap renewal like did you not hear me ? She leaves the room to go get the dr which was DR KIRANJEET KAUR. Dr comes in she introduced herself and same thing doesn’t bother to ask me the reason of my visit or what was the problem Dr kaur went straight to the renewal of the handicap sign WHICH WASNT THE REASON OF MY VISIT . SHE WAS SO RUDE , UNPROFESSIONAL! I have NEVER. felt disrespected by a Dr like this one so much of her being “caring” and “caring for her patients ”. I even brought my paperwork for her to see what the other Dr from the office diagnose me and discuss with her how to go about it and she looked at me and didn’t want to take them and she looked at me and looked uninterested and said those aren’t medical records . We need medical records . I told her I wasn’t aware since no one told me and I’m starting over with my new insurance. She said I can request them but it’ll take long that today she CANT DO ANYTHING, YOUR TO YOUNG TO BE DISABLED .If I wanted to reschedule . I told her you can’t do anything ?im too young to be disabled? Maybe do your job and see why I’m requesting this and this and this since you didn’t bother too! I drive from Rialto to chino w traffic and I’m in so much pain and a person walking in pain and you don’t bother to check what’s wrong w me or see what can be done ? I told her I wasted my time coming here , risking losing my job to miss this day ! I GRAB MY STUFF AND LEFT AND SHE OPENED THE DOOR FOR ME AND I WALKED OUT OF THE BUILDING . I will be taking this further on even my insurance since I’m sure they’ll bill me my co pay that I won’t be paying since she said “ we can’t do anything”. Wasted my time . I WONT BE RETURNING!

I registered ten minutes early, and I was called in within 5 minutes. I left the office 15 minutes after my appointment time. I love Dr Schlosser. She's very thorough and kind. I really appreciate her.
