This pillow has helped me a lot more than any other pillow I’ve tried and believe me when I say I’ve tried them all! I think because there is a slight ‘give’ to the cushion and because the middle opening is larger and longer. It’s pricey and I didn’t like that but worth it for me. Customer service was amazing! If you have pelvic or tailbone pain, try it!

My physical therapist recommended that I order from CMT. My insurance would not pay. But the CMT prices were very affordable. And I appreciate the service

Poor customer service. I had ordered a sensor and they sent me the item but spelled my last name wrong. The sensor was used once and than my provider decided not to continue in that treatment with that sensor. I called Current Medical Technology to see if they could refund me the sensor (even though it was used and hoping they would be gracious to understand the waste of $50 now for something that cant be used even a partial refund would of been nice)
and Krissy said I can mail it back and get refunded and even sent me a email stating what my
Refund would be. In the email it said my wrong first name though. I spent $6 in postage only to get the product sent back saying they now can't accept my product and refund me. I talked to manager Ashley Carlow and she was very rude and didnt want to fix the miscommunication her employee gave me. I am upset they told me one thing about getting a refund and than now after spending money on postage they can't refund me. I have a useless product now. Saying one thing and than saying another thing is poor poor customer service and than getting names wrong looks so bad for the company. Never never buy from them if you want to lose money. They should of been up front on the call to say no they wouldn't take it back instead of wasting my postage money. I don't have money to throw out because of their change of mind. Someone dropped the ball!! Don't buy from them!! Poor customer service and no mercy!!
