Be very careful using this company. I had a brand new unit installed in my office and there is wires and cables everywhere, looks like junior high kids put it together. They have had to fix a few things here and there and recent had to come back to fix a problem they caused cosing me 225 bucks. Do not recommend.

READ THE BAD REVIEWS! Pay attention to the theme. Nothing but trouble from these folks. My digital X-ray machine has never worked properly. After one year could no longer send X-rays to other rooms to view but got “it’s the software people’s fault”. But there’s no way to correct the problem because the software company is out of business. We came to this conclusion after paying for one of their technicians to come tell us as much. Keep in mind, this is software Custom X-Ray installed as part of my package.
5 years later, the X-ray room doesn’t pass inspection… more money to custom X-ray for design details, which were listed as included in the package I originally purchased but now custom X-ray won’t provide without more money.
The very next year, the computer that runs my system can’t keep up, even though all it does is X-ray, nothing else. Can I just buy a new computer? No, I have to buy a super expensive one from Custom X-ray because the “system is proprietary”.
