Rude and uncaring employees. I have grown up in different areas in the US and this is literally the worst one i have ever been to. Every one else at Literally ANY other location has been nice and seek to understand patients needs. Here they just cut you down and are simply there to get you in and out whether or not you get your meds. Just remember that when you treat people a certain way: you reap what you sow.

CVS in Crestview has gotten worse. I wrote a negative review on the pharmacist talking loudly about how stupid people are when they call in to speak with a representative. I have worked in the military as a corpsman and everyone I was stationed with rotated departments. That included pharmacy. To be a health care professional you have to have thicker skin than other career jobs. People are in pain and don't feel well which is a no brainer that they will have brain fog with pain or feeling run down. The patients can come off sounding ugly. No excuse it you can't take it personal.
CVS also implemented a new system of when you call in, you have to leave a message for them to call back which can take up to 2 days. That is unacceptable. A patient should be able to wait on hold to ask their question.
And now CVS treated my son poorly. I am a disabled veteran and asked my son to pick up my medications. My son just had major surgery in March and May 2024. My son is looking to go into law enforcement. His surgeries involved going through his abdomen. He purchased a bullet proof vest to wear to strengthen his abdomen muscles. The vest are very heavy. And it is perfectly legal to wear a bullet proof vest regardless. CVS manager didn't say anything to my son sitting in the small waiting area waiting for my scripts. While sitting the Crestview city police come swarming in. My son cooperated and told the police what was happening. CVS manager was filling out a no trespassing against my son for a year. I will be going up the chain of command to formally complain. It will probably fall on deaf ears. As for my family we will no longer use CVS for anything. The police informed them he dropped of the script at the window and went to take care of other business and come back and wait. CVS manager did not care. So I hope veterans and other people with common sense reads this negative review and leaves CVS. I am not finished with this negative review. We will proceed to file more reviews especially with the Better Business Bureau. We will create a video on tiktok and pay extra for it to get views. People need to learn the law and rights. If I get only one person to change pharmacies, then I was successful. I fully understand that CVS doesn't care if they lost business from one large family. I hope to get their attention by them losing multiple customers because of Americans backing up fellow Americans. And yes we have everything on video. We will be posting the video. Stay tuned because I plan on pushing this.

Every time I go in to try to pick up medication its a disaster, the employees are rude almost every time. For the past three days Ive been trying to pick up my daughters prescription, for the past three days theyve been saying its waiting for approval from the prescriber. Today they tried to tell me that she flat out had no prescription and when I called the ER to figure why they hadnt approved the script they wrote, they had no idea what i was talking about. Come to find out her prescription was out of stock and they tried to tell the rep at the ER that they told me that and they dont know why Im complaining. I have since gotten my scripts transferred to a much better pharmacy, cvs needs to do better.

The Pharmacist at the Crestview, Florida location is a very poor representative for CVS. Poor customer service. This is the second poor experience I’ve had with her. I moved my prescriptions to Walgreens because I was so dissatisfied with service after the first interaction. I was willing to give the pharmacy another opportunity to change my feelings as I had to refill a prescription with CVS. Unfortunately, but not surprising, I received the same poor service. I will not be shopping or filling my prescriptions with CVS in the future. The manager and the cashier I dealt with this evening were lovely and very in tune to customer service.

The pharmacist with the piercing under her lip is so very rude. I was a witness to her treating a service man poorly this afternoon. Just overall dismissive and distasteful. He asked her a question and she snapped at him “I know who to call! It’s 4:30 on a Friday afternoon so it’s going to be hard to get a hold of them. Wait your turn” I could not believe that she is in the field that she is in! Whether a manager or team member, it was completely uncalled for and not the first time I’ve seen/ heard her be rude to a customer!

The coupon program is great, making select purchases a deal, especially generic brands of OTC medications. The self check-out is very concvenient. We do not use the pharmacy so we can't rate that experience.

I had a very frustrating experience at CVS Pharmacy recently, primarily due to the poor customer service provided by a pharmacist named Cassidi. I visited the pharmacy to inquire about insurance coverage for a medication, and Cassidi's attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive.

From the moment I started asking questions, it was clear that Cassidi considered my inquiries an inconvenience. Instead of providing clear and helpful answers or working towards a resolution, she responded with curt, one-word replies and seemed visibly annoyed. When I asked for clarification about the insurance coverage details regarding a last name change, she rolled her eyes and sighed heavily, making me feel as if I was a burden. Cassidi proceeded to argue with me regarding my correct last name. She then snatched the medication from the counter and walked away lecturing me about potential audits. Almost as if them not correcting my last name with my insurance was somehow my fault.

Her unprofessional demeanor and lack of willingness to assist were unacceptable. As a pharmacist, she should be a reliable resource for customers who need guidance on important issues like insurance coverage or medication Unfortunately, Cassidi failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service.

This experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I sincerely hope that CVS Pharmacy addresses this issue with Cassidi to ensure that other customers are treated with the respect and assistance they deserve. I will be reconsidering my choice of pharmacy in the future due to this negative experiencey.

I used this CVS for about 10 years and would pick up multiple prescriptions quite a few times each month. Every time I went, it was as if they had never seen me before. I’d go through the same issues over & over. The only benefit to CVS was that I can get a prescription transferred if needed while out of state. We travel a lot, but that’s not worth the frustration of them having no idea who I am. GO TO A LOCAL PHARMACY!! You will be treated MUCH better!
