They will not accept returns on unopened completely sealed POWDERED formula which makes absolutely no sense as EVERY other retailer of POWDERED formula will accept returns of unsealed product. There is absolutely no logical nor hazardous concerns for powdered tripled SEALED formula that has a shelf life of YEARS. I found out right after ordering that I am allergic to an ingredient and this company will not allow me to return $300.00 worth of POWDER that is sealed still in the box it arrived in. Now I have no money to get a formula that I can use for my severe gastroparesis. I understand not being able to return opened or liquid formula but this is just an excuse to keep from having to treat their sick customers with dignity and return items that by all logic are returnable. Will never use, recommend this company to any person that is not wealthy and sick and can afford to give their limited money to them. Thank you CWI, you got to keep my feeding tube money and now I have no formula to use.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. They sold me 2 cases of ready to drink formula that would expire within 2 weeks of arriving at my house. I bought these for emergency formula during hurricane season in Florida. They should have lasted at least 2-3 months, but now I have to throw away hundreds of dollars worth of formula and they are unwilling to reimburse or replace. Terrible company. UPDATE- They did reimburse me. Thank you for correcting the situation.

They didn’t tell me the item wasn’t in stock. The confirmation email said they were “in the process of being carefully picked and packed for shipping.”

I had to email support to find out they didn’t have it in stock, or even the ability to tell me when it would be in stock.

They cancelled my order stating my card was never charged. However, two days after that I got over $1,000 of fraudulent charges on my credit card. Hmmmm

Do not use this company if you wish to be treated like a human being. We are absolutely devastated with the lack of respect and overall customer service. We encountered supply chain issues in which my son's mobile chair/ stroller was not able to be fulfilled in a timely manner, as they kept having to push back delivery. This is not their fault, but they would never update us and I kept having to request updates. It was like once they got the money they stopped caring all together. Finally after waiting almost 9 months, I cancelled the order in hopes we could order something else to start getting him mobile. Tina was kind enough to cancel and said they were sending us a check for the refund. However, we have yet to receive this two months later and no one will talk to us and give us an update. We are in tears and absolutely devastated that any company would treat us this way. We just want to be able to get my son out of the house and attempt to live some sort of life. He is 14 and is non weight bearing. It's disgusting and it sickens me, and I am in tears everytime I attempt to follow up. We need that refund to order something else and they just completely disregard us.

I ordered a Poly-Fly wheelchair by DRIVE back in November. I knew they were on back order and was told they were expecting them in the middle of December. I called on December 15, 2022 and was told it would ship within 48 hours. I was thrilled. Due to weather delays (not CWI's fault) I received the wheelchair this morning. This company is great and I was able to get this wheelchair $200 less than other companies!!!

I place order for Covid test on December 22 and their web show that item in stock.
Called few days later and they told me that they out of stack and supposed to receive on January 3. Today they change to January 15 so I ask to cancel but they change rules and now it is not cancel able. On my original order confirmation I don't have this not but they send me one more with note.
Look like fraud.
Look like they using my money and may do it forever because I could not cancel.
I contact with Pay Pal and stop transaction.
Very disappointed with the customer service.

Owner respond completely wrong. Product was in stock according to web, no notes on web. All was added later. And my original confirmation of order don’t have any notes.

Do not go through this company! I ordered a stroller in November 2021 and it was pushed back several times. Finally July 2022 I canceled my order. Was given 0 explanation of why my 4 to 6 week turn around time for the stroller kept getting pushed back. Then to top it off they send me the canopy for the stroller and I have to pay to ship it back. Customer service is lacking here as well as the joke of the 4 to 6 week turn around time. If you have a year to wait for a stroller than this is your company.

Been trying to cancel a recurring shipment with this company for a month. Tina Villanueva just took on my call and would not let me speak to a manager regarding her verbal treatment. I will definitely find out who the owner is and blast the horrible tone and treatment of a customer trying to cancel.

incorrect. I attempted to use my order number and it "was not found". After a month of attempts and 2 deliveries I cannot use, I called. Your representative Tina started telling me since it was PAYPAL I HAD TO CONTACT THEM TO CANCEL WITH THE NASTIEST ATTITUDE.I asked to speak to a manager and she said "there is no way I am speaking to anyone" The order needs to be canceled
