I really like my provider. My husband and I both have the same provider and he had a big healthcare scare a couple years ago, so it's nice that she knows us both. 2weeks ago I was 10 minutes late for a sick appointment and they refused to see me stating the appointment windows are only 20 minutes, but they could see me 2 days later. I left and went to urgent care, I had pneumonia. I'm over 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment this morning and they just offered of I still want to wait or I can leave. I've already taken an hour and a half to get here with the snow and wait past my appointment time for a medication refill. The double standard is ridiculous and now I'll be late for work.

I didn't have a great experience at a previous steward medical in a different town. I have had such a pleasant experience at this one. The staff answers the phone. The are friendly and efficient and make you feel welcome when you come in the office.

Cynthia Robertson takes her time with me at every appointment. She answers all my questions and shows that she really cares.

Let’s start off this review by letting you know that I’m a registered nurse and I’ve been one for over 15 years. When I moved back to Massachusetts I dreaded picking out a primary care. But you listen to what other people say in regards to their experiences with nurse practitioners and doctors and read reviews. I have to say this is one of the best well run offices on the North Shore. The front office staff is attentive, smart, and helpful. Cynthia Robertson listens to what you have to say and points you in the right direction. She listened to all my concerns and wrote referrals for doctors, which before I left I had in my hand. My daughters now go to see her and they are very impressed. I referred several coworkers as well because she does such a good job. A big thank you, because when you step in that office you really feel like the whole office is taking care of you, something that is rare these days.

This was my first time with Cynthia Robinson NP. I was referred to her by one of my friends and I think she is very easy to talk to and she explained everything very well to me. I have not seen a Doctor for a number of years and I was not rushed at the appointment.
Went to my 2nd visit and I can say that I am glad that I was referred to her. Cynthia Robinson is very good.
