I was hit by a car as a pedestrian 10 years ago, she never took an MRI regardless of how much I complained my neck hurt, I cannot begin to explain the continuing pain, suffering, surgeries and problems I have. Because of my neck pain she had me on ibuprofen 800 3x a day and muscle relaxers for 8 years, now I suffer with hiatal hernia and terrible germ/acid reflux as well as other problems. She does not listen, pay attention, put symptoms together and her “nurse” Randy is completely incompetent and unknowledgeable, you’d think he’d learn a little bit from being there so long. He can’t refill prescriptions, use correct coding, incorrectly fills out patient information which did impact me on one of my hospital visits. They do not take their job seriously at all. Absolutely horrible!

Please stay away from this doctor. She practices medicine very poorly. Cynthia has no bed side manner, and treats her patients as if they were pests. She compromised the life of a dear friend. An official complaint will be filed with The Board of Registration in Medicine's Consumer Protection Division.
