This company seems to be out of business. Nobody in the store this week. Phone calls mostly go to full message location, but sometimes to options where I have left multiple messages. They required payment for items ordered in January, then told me a month later that the items were on backorder. I still don't have the items. Now I am trying to get a refund, but no response at all from them. Any ideas? Definitely would prefer a 0 star rating.

The owner is so kind and accommodating. I needed a wide wheelchair for my grandmother the day after thanksgiving after she had a bad fall, and she went out of her way to make sure we were able to get what we needex.
