Dr. Luu has provided me stellar treatment and service. She listens, explains, and truly demonstrates compassion in her care. I never feel hurried. While the clinic itself needs some improvement, this has nothing to do with the care provided by Dr. Luu. She's thorough and extremely professional. She's the only reason why I have stayed with Graybill. I'm hopeful that the merger (or acquisition) by Palomar Health Care will improve the front office business practices. Dr. Luu and the team in practice are exceptional.

Dr Luu has been my husband and my physician for 5 years now . She is the best , most caring doctor we’ve ever had . She is thorough , timely and truly cares about her patient’s health . She takes the time to listen to any concerns and addresses them thoughtfully . The negative reviews posted seem to be a regarding Covid office policies rather than a reflection of Dr Luu and her care .

I am very disappointed in Dr. Lu and her office. Initially, we really liked her, but when my son was in a car accident and had pain, we made an appt. We were ten minutes late because I had to work in the morning and my son could only use one hand to get ready. We explained this to the front office lady. We waited 20 minutes for them to tell us they couldn't see us. I would think a doctor who actually cares about her patients would allow herself to be 10 minutes behind when her patient was in a 4 car accident recently and doesn't feel well enough to go sit in an ER for the rest of the day after wasting time coming to your office and waiting for nothing. Unprofessional and uncaring. We will be switching family care physicians. Don't waste your time coming here, there are lots of physicians in the area to choose from.

Dr. Dan (Jenny) Luu, me and my family been seeing her for almost 5 years now and she’s doing an excellent job every time we come to her. She spends time Giving us complete answers for every question we ask, Unlike most doctors are just slip in and out of the room. We have actually catered our insurance just to make sure we are able to keep her as our family doctor.

After being treated like a child and berated by a low level front desk operator the doctor would not see me because I was not 15 minutes early. Extremely poor attitude about the entire scenario and even more importantly, why not just have the scheduling department schedule for the time they need you there. They say this is for the check in process. That is fine, the first time. Theee should be no need for 15 minutes to checkin after a relationship has been established.

The doctor also never has time to meet with me. I have only been scheduled with the PA. He himself is stellar, unfortunately the leadership with the Graybillbytoionseems to be poor with antequates technology.

Also, I must not that my wife has also had nothing but extremely poor encounters with this facility on the phone since we have moved over from Scripps because of an insurance change.

Our family of 5 will be shifting to a new doctor.

Dr.Luu is amazing and beyond accommodating I haven't had the best experiences when it comes to doctors but she makes me feel comfortable and has extraordinary bedside manner. I feel very fortunate to have her as a doctor

I must disagree with those who give this practice 5 stars. I have had nothing but really negative experiences with them. From outrageous policies like making you wait in your car until appointment time - then a gauntlet of things to get through before you can even get into the elevator - through to 28 min hold times on the phone, an unprecedented amount of passing the buck on simple things like seeking authorizations (i had an outstanding authorization that needed extended because of covid and I have been passed around facilities and people 6 times over the last few months - still not resolved!!) and really poor quality or substandard medical care.

You cannot email them documents - and you cannot upload them to a system - either walk them in (which means going through ALL the palaver of trying to get INTO the office in the first place!) or put on your best 1990's outfit and find a fax machine somewhere. You cannot use an electronic fax system from your Outlook account or similar - their fax machine won't accept it.

All in all - I've been extremely disappointed with this facility. The NP Ryan is wonderful however - but I cannot comment on Dr. Luu because I've only ever seen her once - by skype. I've never had to change a PCP before - but i've had to do so with this one.

While I am extremely grateful for response here - it's too little too late and absolutely misses all my points. I don't care about waiting in my car. I am infinitely more concerned about being DENIED necessary prescriptions because your fax machine is not working. I had to change practices just to get a doctor who WOULD prescribe my hormones - You actually refused to write prescriptions because my name - which has been legally ordered changed by the State of California was still male on YOUR records. That was the final straw - the waiting in the car thing was the tip of the iceberg - the denial of essential medical care because you are set up for practice in 1990 not 2020, repeated refusal to seek an extension for a referral despite the surgeon, sharp AND United Healthcare telling you it was your responsibility; refusal to renew a prescription for a hormone YOU recommended I take etc etc - that's the issue - not waiting in a car or not having my appointment conveyed to the "bouncer" in the foyer every single time I came in making me wait interminable amounts of time every time.
