Dr Arnold is enthusiastic and charismatic and the Direct Primary Care membership model allows him to spend more TIME with the patient, working directly with patients instead of with third parties and insurance companies. He is worth the membership fee to get the QUALITY of care that patients deserve - to be treated like family! Definitely sign up before he fills up.

Professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and caring - Dr. Arnold is an outstanding doctor. He’s always provided thoughtful, honest, and compassionate medical guidance and advice to me. I never feel rushed, and always feel like a real human being with him. I’ve lived in this area for several years and experienced many of the medical caregivers at various times with myself and family. Many are good, but I would easily recommend him as the best primary care doctor I've had contact with.

Dr. Arnold’s practice is in Hyannis, and his family lives in Florida. Dr. Arnold does not have enough time for either! He either needs to move to Florida or bring his family home. Going back and forth to Florida takes up his time. Why is he taking $200 per month from each patient? He pretends it is for a Conceirge type service but nothing feels conceirge.
You make an appointment and walk into the office at the appointed time like any other doctor. He acts nice but provides nothing special. He is not available on weekends and usually you see his nurse practitioner anyway. He is not around. Then he complains that he had to go to Florida. He took 2 weeks off at Fourth of July. He needs to make up his mind. Fish or cut bait!

Dr Arnold is an incredible physician. He is never too busy to listen. He actually hears what you have to say.
He is very capable in both diagnosis and treatment for a variety of ailments. His staff are warm and caring and you feel better right away just for being on a path to wellness directed by a physician you can trust. He is not prone to over prescribing unnecessary meds and is very good with follow up, returning calls, etc. I have lived in major cities with fantastic medical facilities and am convinced Dr Arnold could thrive in any medical setting.

I'm an RN who has worked many years around doctors. Dr. Arnold is THE BEST physician that I have ever met. His brain is AMAZING! He is not only one of the brightest, he is also compassionate and caring. His staff is knowledgeable as well and very kind.

Dr. Arnold was my husbands doctor. My husband had a lot of medical problems when we met him. He was honest, approachable and down to earth. He treated my husband with respect. Dr. Arnold visited him at our home prior to my husbands passing and was compassionate and caring. I am very thankful to have had him as his doctor.

Above and beyond !!!! Dr Arnold is down to earth willing to listen, takes extra time, truly cares about his patients and never gives up! From minor pain to major surgery ! He follows through and follows up with this patient! He takes time to reach out personally and goes above and beyond! You can't ask for a better doctor! Friendly and he makes you feel human! It's hard not to hold other doctors to his standards! He is truly the meaning of a good doctor!
