Dr. Quiroz-Portella was a life saver when I needed it the most. I was facing some scary health issues that threatened my ability to work. Over the course of 4 months I went through 3 other doctors in the Prosser Memorial/ Kadlec system that did nothing to help while acting like I was wasting their time for reporting serious symptoms. When I switched to Dr. Quiroz Portella, he was kind, took my issues seriously, took extra time out of his busy schedule to explain things to me, and referred me to a doctor that saw me quickly and actually fixed the problem, returning me to full health and the ability to work again.
