This team is a pleasure to deal with, and I'm so grateful to be serviced by such friendly, CARING staff. Kristin and Jenny in the office are knowledgeable and thorough and attentive to the details. The service drivers Chad; Nathan, and Russ are simply fantastic. Nice guys.

Nathan has been GREAT. He set up some oxygen for my wife today. We’ve previously gotten oxygen for another family member(not through this company) and it was AWFUL. This man has been very informative, he’s making SURE we know exactly how to use the machines, what to do in emergencies, the whole nine yards. He is not only good at what he does, he is extremely friendly. You can tell he cares about his job and loves what he does. Such a good experience with Nathan all around. Thank you!

Nathan gave more than adequate information. Was very polite and explained everything perfectly and made sure I understood everything. He provided the breathing treatment and explained how to use everything and how to get more if needed. Truly a good experience.

Before we even knew we would need a hospital bed for my dad I had heard nothing but bad things about this company. The hospital arranged delivery and didn't bother to tell us. We should have had a choice of what company we wanted to use. I've been told that CAMC owns it. I only knew they were there because I have outside cameras. The bed was a piece of crap. I wouldn't put my dog on the mattress that came with it. We put dad's twin mattress on it. My dad passed away last Thursday. I called Friday to tell them to come and get it. They said they couldn't pick it up until the following Thursday (today). It's now 4:15pm. I had to call them to see if they were coming. I was told there were three pickups ahead of ours but they work until all scheduled pick ups are done. Everything about them is totally unacceptable. Never again. And if you use them, please pay attention to their billing. I had to give them one star because zero stars is not an option.
