Very disappointed. As one comment stated no communication. You feel like more of a number then a patient , my wife was told see needed to take a drug test one week before her insurance kicked in. Now we're in dept for 1,500.00 for a test that normally costs 65.00 anywhere else. Spoke to the doctor numerous times on a medication I've been taking for years. Now they have taken my doses down for the 2nd time. Expressed my concerns about other issues and once my 20 minutes was up they ship6me out. I'm definitely looking for a doctor that will look at you as a person instead of an insurance claim or out of pocket pay. Again you are just a number to them. Nothing to make you feel like you're with a person who cares.

Dr. Virgil is very down to earth with patients. Actually cares and listens to his patients. I’m thankful for his care and dedication to his profession. As a plus his staff is very professional and courteous, a direct reflection of his leadership. Thank you!

I love the office and the staff for that I give 5 stars. But communication and returning calls is severely lacking. On two occasions now we have called and nobody gets back to us. Have to call a few times than someone reads the notes and tells us the information. Just curious why nobody calls back

No tuve muy buena experiencia, creo q no era el momento de querer hablar, de algunos malentendidos, pero como Dr. Creo q es el mejor Dr. Q he tenido, pq es muy profesional y le ayuda a uno, en todo lo q esta es sus manos. Es un Dr. Q puede uno confiar en el pq primero ve por sus pacientes, y no como la mayoría de los Drs. q te ven el como un cobro más! Gracias Dr. Por todo este tiempo q me dio sus servicios, yo lo recomiendo grandemente!Dios lo bendiga por ser tan humano!
