Just had a conversation with Brittany- very rude and irresponsive. My primary care (Dr. Suzan Eile) moved to this clinic- they don’t accept my insurance and I have not being informed. So all of a sudden I have no PC Doctor with no prior notice!!! And the lady on the phone (Brittany) was just not caring, no apologies and very rude!!!! Avoid this center and avoid Dr. Eile!!!!

If you want find place waste your time come here if you want help for health find somewhere else.
Same every issue people said I would rather go ER quickly and have respect than 🙃 since I asked for remind doctor refill med and to now 1 year still nothing😀 I asked for check up because I have so much symptom and they always deny me and said I am to much young but then ER have to oder it on paper after I describe it since I can't have good take care from clinic.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Aside from it being difficult to schedule an appointment because they never answer the phones or return calls, the wait time is ridiculous. There is always a 30+ minute wait in the waiting room, aside from the other 20 minutes you have to wait before a doctor comes in.

Love my provider but the clinic could really use more staff at front desk. Calls are hardly picked up and the voicemail is almost always full. It's been more than a month since I last left one and I still haven't gotten a reply. I called today and was surprised someone answered but they hung up on me after asking for my name and birthday.

They don’t answer or return calls. I’ve been hung up on while calling multiple time, doctors don’t even show up to virtual visits. This clinic is extremely unprofessional and useless.

I originally left 5 Stars. I changed because Jenni has left the clinic and Dr. Ruiz was NOT understanding of my families rough situation and he couldn't simply prescribe my 2 medications over the phone for just one appointment. Its affecting my life drastically not having my essential medication and I am an Autistic Adult. This clinic has gone downhill since the psych department broke down.
