The doctor (Dr Erica) here found an issue with my eyes that other doctors missed and I was finally able to get it rectified with a nice pair of glasses! The rest of the staff is helpful and efficient. It can be a little bit of a wait in between the initial exam and seeing the doctor but it was worth it. Also, be sure someone is with you if you’re going to get your eyes dilated (you may not be able to drive up to 4 hours); otherwise they charge $35 for a non-dilation imaging exam (or you can reschedule, I guess!)

Vision works in West Nyack is a great place to come and check your vision for glasses, contacts and other medical issues. There’s no wait time and I love that you can schedule your appointment fast and easy and very flexible with the hours. I been coming here for the last few years from Florida since my plan covers more here in New York and will continue. The doctor Erica is awesome professional and very caring and explains everything related o your eyes very well. The staff is also very caring and polite.

Dr. Blehl is fantastic! She does a thorough exam and answers questions. She is worth the 45 minute drive! Highly recommend her!

I love writing reviews specially when it is worth 5 stars. So Let me begin by saying that this is my First time going to Davis Visionworks Palisades Plaza to get prescription glasses. As I enter the building I was greeted with polite and friendly staff. I was taking care of Immediately and waiting time was less than 15mins. The assistant was very knowledgeable and very informative. While waiting for the next step, as she prepared me to get my eye exam by the optometrist, she made me feel comfortable and not rushed. The optometrist that I have was Dr. Vivian Lu. She is very nice, made me feel comfortable and she is very thorough and takes her time to give me the best result and suggestions. Lastly Andrew helped me understand my insurance coverage and made suggestions that can help me with my budget. I highly recommend this place because of the attentiveness that I received from staff and from Dr. Lu.

As someone who had gone to the same eye place for many years I was devastated when my insurance changed. I looked into my new insurance which led me to Visionworks. What an absolutely pleasant experience I had today. I was greeted immediately upon entering by a very nice girl who took my info and asked me some questions as a first time patient. I waited less than 5 minutes before being brought into the back to take a series of tests but an equally pleasant girl. Tests done and I sat in the chair for less than 2 minutes before the doctor called me in. Dr Blehl was very pleasant, thorough and explained everything without rushing through the appointment. She expressed a concern and referred me to an opthologist. No one tried to sell me things that weren’t covered by insurance and I walked out after ordering a full year of contacts which were covered by my insurance. I paid exactly $35 for a retina test which I chose to have done. So happy that I chose this location and will be telling everyone I know about my experience.

This VisionWorks location is excellent. I've been going for 3 years and I always get attentive, polite service. Many of the associates are very knowledgeable, and the eye doctors are great. They often have good pricing specials that make this place excellent value for your money.
