They provide terrible service. I have been trying for the last 9 months to get a phone call back from Dr. Bevans and Dr. Pandya, left many messages and cannot get a phone call back. I have called guest services and lodged multiple complaints, which are not followed up on. Every time I call back to guest services to try to get a follow up on the complaints that I have filed I am directed back to call the facility. I then call the facility and get nowhere again. This lack of service and accountability by Davita is deplorable. If I could provide no stars I would.
